The little mic on the phone, can't take the direct pressure! Great Job ! They look cool and the speaker looks of good quality too, Wish I could hear clear sound! Setting up a RTA or Spectrum Analyzer, We can See what we can't hear and better evaluate! Best spkr. Configuration I found 18" Lp 15"Mb 10" mid 2" Neo. there are some wood panels missing in this build to make the folded horn work right. plus, the hole for the speaker is a slot, so the speaker must come in from the front. so there are a total of six parts missing. the panel that has the ports must be removable to mount speaker from the inside, then there is a 3/4" ring that mount to the piece with the slot hole that keeps the speaker cone from slapping the wood around the slot. look more for drawings that will show whats going on inside.
I agree.. the woofer must be inserted from the front and mounted to a 3/4 circular cut which is then attatched to a 3/4 layer of ply wood with the square cut before comfrontng the > divider .. developing pressure is key for a long throw cabinet.

A next thing i notice there is no speaker wadding or sound proof foam inside to give a tight low frequency.
