I can’t find Edemins (spelling) cheese crumb cake anymore, my husband’s favorite! I went searching for a recipe and found this. It’s delicious! I double the cream cheese filling and also double the crumb topping....soooooo good! I am getting ready to make it for the third time!

Late to the party, but this looks soo good! I am a little new to baking so is there a good chance of over mixing this cake bc of the hand mixer? Looked moist at the end, but I have bad luck w white cakes! They always come out tough 🤷🏽♀️

Hi jaja. If you’re going to eat the cake in the next day or 2 and the temp in your home is not extreme it will be fine on the counter. This is one of my favorite cakes! Hope you enjoy ✌️
