I note that this particular platform while having the ability to have a limited publisher create posts means that it's another yearly subscription fee unless you're willing to give them access to your account which has all the permissions. Would I be mistaken in that observation?
Question: About 12 minutes in you mentioned a direct message feature. Is that triggered by entering a phone number for the direct message recipient? Can it group direct message people?

Hi, I absolutely love your videos. Zoho is ever evolving, which I appreciate as a growing business, and you guys keep us up-to-date with your thorough videos. Question: I own a very small retail company and use Zoho for everything however because we are a startup we do t have the need for an on staff social media manager but can’t ignore the importance SM plays in our marketing plan and growth of our business. Therefore, we hired and external SM manager and was wondering if I can just share posting and schedule permissions with my SMM without actually buying a new Zoho One user license

Very infomative video! We are looking at implementing ZOHO CRM Plus but from watching the video, I believe we would need (2) brands plus the Social Premium for 2-3 team members. Any idea of the extra cost?
Hi Keith! To my (Tyler's) knowledge, CRMPlus should include the Premium tier of Zoho Social. So, you should just need to pay $19.50 per month for any additional brands you require outside of the one that is included.
You can manage them through Lead Forms for Facebook/LinkedIn. This allows you to map fields and track ROI from your different ads within Zoho Social to CRM. However, you still need to create the ads themselves within the platforms.

In the message publishing section you have 8 items including UTM options. I only see 5 things, and no UTM options??

We have 2 Facebook pages as we are in 2 countries. Can we manage more than one page under one brand?
You are only allowed 1 page per Brand.
