For this epilator, the inside rotator works fine, but the head is not moving that fast..what shall i do??

Hi, If the speed is same since day one of usage then need to check with authorized service center, if the speed has reduced after using for several times then need to check if any particle is jamming the rotation, you can try cleaning the head with the brush provided. hope this would be helpful, sorry to say but without seeing the device I cannot say what might be the problem.
