L'un de mes rêves est d'avoir ma propre voiture ici en Côte d'Ivoire, j'ai ke permis de conduire maintenant 2 ans zt je n'ai jamais toucher le volent d'une voiture.
I bought my fiance this car. If you dont drive it every few days the battery is dead. So every 3 days you have to drive 20 minutes to charge the battery. So whats the point of a hybrid? Its a joke. If you go on a trip and leave the car at the airport it wont start on your return and the battery might freeze. Toyotas invincibility is a joke.
I heard a Yuasa YBX5202 battery & disabling the keyless entry system helps a lot. Battery should hold up 4-5 weeks or even longer. (Careful, the new / 130 hp version might need a different battery)
@L0v0lup it's got 555 kms on it and I have to buy a new battery? Also how could the keyless entry be such a big drain. She hardly uses it. The dealer told her to drive it more. I've heard the battery is too small and the charging system is not adequate. Should have bought here an ICE. Thanks for the advice though.
@@burningblue1254 The battery Toyota used is just very bad. It drains super fast and looses current too fast. Well, only 555km in how much time? Sounds like you dont really need a HEV, since you never make up for the 3k price difference to a non-HEV model. However, if the battery died a couple times already, it likely has degraded even more and i would recommend to use a better battery. (A Bosch, Varta probably works just as well as a Yuasa) It's not expensive, maybe 70-90€. But dont let it die again on the new one, as a dead battery will degrades each time a bit more. Oh and yes, keyless entry sends out pings or trys to detect a key every now and then, which drains quite a lot of energy. If possible, disable it. One last adivce: You can charge the 12V battery from the HV-battery when turning on the car and putting it in "P". If you leave it running for 1h, the petrol engine only kicks in for 1-3mins of that 1h time span.
É fora do Brasil tudo é maravilhoso, aqui só pé duro.
May I know the price?
22000 eur
27000€
