And at 7:38 they talk about searching for the Jersey Treasure for 30 years showing video of a car driving on the RIGHT side of the road... in England cars drive on the LEFT!
found 200 in a cracked open safe that was left in the elementary school parking lot one morning. It was in a packet labelled rice pots, thieves never nabbed it. I did. Cops showed up just as I got back to the 4 square court. They never noticed, I never said anything. Me and my friends ate like kings for two short days.
Stop using pictures of the Constitution when you are talking about the Declaration of Independence. Kids are confused about American history as it is. Lol.
Degen oh hell yeah...maybe if they would gav offered more money..the dude would hav sold it to them..and the pawn shop guy could hav been RICH..but glad it didnt work out that way..
I love rocks and stone. The opal was one beautiful find. That person is very lucky. I would love to have even a small opal in my collection. Thanks for the awesome vids keep it up. This is one of my fav channels
Hmmmm you talk about the treasure found on the Island of Jersey, but you use the State of New Jersey USA as an location. Second you show the Cajon pass in Southern California to pass as something in Goldrush areas. You need to make sure the locations you are using are geographically correct before posting them in a video.
Loved your video! I especially appreciated all the archival photos and historical research that had been done for this very informative and interesting video..well done!!
Why did I have to see this at night.. I'm gonna be out digging in my back yard now. My neighbors will laugh at me but I'll laugh back when I'm pulling out some ancient warriors helmet
Opal is found from cracks in the earth from earth quakes and the water that fills the cracks ends up forming in to The expensive Stone Black Opal, bimbo opal, blue opal 💯 it’s mined deep under ground
I put $5 in a slot machine and pulled the arm down 3 times, then i was done.. Spent the rest of my time there walking around and looking at the depression on peoples' faces.
The name of the pirate ship is pronounced (Wid-ah, as in widow, which is actually just a slang pronunciation OF Widow) I've also owned several male Paradise Wydah finches, and when they get their breeding feathers, these canary - sized birds have twin tail feathers TWICE as long as the bird itself! I always kept those feathers when they fell out, so have a dozen+ of them in a little glass inkwell.
Sutter's Mill (well, the replica) is a half hour drive from my house. I knew it was historically significant for the area, but I didn't realize it was so significant for the entire state...
If i found any of these treasures where would i sell them at? Im always confused when it comes to topics like these, like is there like a specific place you need to go?
would be fun if you knew the story behind the guy that found the golden nugget, he had money issues and from his last money he bought a metal detector, and found the nugget on his land, paid of his debt etc
I understand the use of the American flag used for the countdown (hence 'American Eye') but it's really confusing when the topic for that count is not based in America. I just wish you could use the correct country's flag to accurately portray which country it is being discussed for those particular counts, at least for the small flag image used at the bottom left of each countdown. Thanks and I do love your work, no matter what!
Genapher S I feel certain it would take more than a discreet logo to confuse you. For example: asking the sci fi channel to change their logo when they air a documentary; it is not likely to throw the viewing audience into a state of confusion about the validity of what they see.
Most metal detectors do and just about any would detect a nugget that size. I have a $250 detector and it detects gold but not small flakes or tiny nuggets, special detectors made for gold will detect those.
Daniel R.... where did u sell it,? Just wondering so I'll know where to take my great find. I have a picaso print n a declaration of Independence print...I think. .... Marsha Terrell's mom.
What the heck I have the same super man comic book in my attic right now, cause yesterday we cleaned the attic I found me and my brothers comic books, and it's also signed by Jerry Seigel. (Edit) I didn't know that cost that much. Should I sell it?
You said they might think about melting that nugget down. There's absolutely no chance they would do that. Like diamonds (though not to the same extent) gold nuggets have value beyond the weight, especially the larger ones. The buyer didn't pay extra just so it can be melted down.
The Opel, you see my wife and I found a strange stone about the size of a golf ball. It really intrigued us and it's beauty was so that I had a silversmith friend of mine to cut it in half, clean the halves up a little and make some silver back plates for the stones, turn them into pendants on beautiful silver necklace chains for my wife and my mother. They turned out great... but no one could ever tell me what the original stone was... until maybe now. Even though the stones I have are smaller, they share look like the one in your story.
At 7:25, For the Island of Jersey, they used the map of New Jersey lol
edmoala yeah...i laughed my ass off on that one......
edmoala 26
Yeah, right after the giant opal that "basically changed history"
And at 7:38 they talk about searching for the Jersey Treasure for 30 years showing video of a car driving on the RIGHT side of the road... in England cars drive on the LEFT!
True: finding that Opal caused the end of Communism in Russia, the fall of the Berlin wall, and the Norman conquest at the Battle of Hastings in 1066.
I found $20 on the ground once
www.GPcarAudio.com me too 😂

Stop using pictures of the Constitution when you are talking about the Declaration of Independence. Kids are confused about American history as it is. Lol.
It also doesn't help that the guy can't pronounce quite a few words correctly. Dino and Pollock, F**king hilarious.

Degen oh hell yeah...maybe if they would gav offered more money..the dude would hav sold it to them..and the pawn shop guy could hav been RICH..but glad it didnt work out that way..
Degen they need to make a profit to keep the lights on.
They surely did!
The big opal looks like art.
I love the coins found on the isle of Jersey in the English channel, and they show a picture of New Jersey in the US.
why can't I find stuff likes these (especially the gold)
Because you're not looking for them and the likelihood of randomly stumbling upon them is minuscule.
And no, I'm not fun at parties.
+otacon1024 but your right some people are just lucky and you are fun at parties lol
Jupiter Rising maybe because you like ladyboys
I bet you are very fun *

Timothy Barham lol jersey is in Europe
Cajon pass is in southern California, where do you think it is?
You should check how you are using the word an before you post complaints.
lmao i was confused cause i live in NJ. so i was like wait we an island lol
Timothy Barham true
LOVED IT.......... The pirate ship!!!!!!
The Opel is beautiful......................
George Johnson its Opal not Opel
So was that chunk of gold found on the beach
Vince Del Fabbro
Chunk of gold? Opals are the iridescent rocks, not the dull golden ones.
Yeah it was opal is one of the best jem stones out there in my opinion
Opel is a car brand
. . . BLESSED DISCOVERIES & GIVE GOD THE THANKS . . .
you heard it here first, gold in a "T" shape is quite rare!
“Quite” rare 😂 That’s “quite” the understatement!!
What a good guy to split it in half with the gold from his field
I found a ray Ellis original oil painting inside a thrift store for $28....worth $45,000
USD
well not all of us can get that good of a deal, I guess you could say it was an Anthony Price
Great production and narration
I think the name is Jackson Pollock...
Loved your video! I especially appreciated all the archival photos and historical research that had been done for this very informative and interesting video..well done!!
Brings it to school and gets suspended
(The pop tart meme)

Great video loved it
They say jersey in English channel yet picture jersey in America lmao
Same with the Staffordshire haul, they used an American flag for a British location.
Beautiful opal. I just l♡ve opal...
Thats the constitution not the declaration of independence in 99% of the photos shown hahaha
hahahahhahaha
Fun! Thanks for posting
i found a safe once in some random guys house pretty lucky he had like 10c
I love that opal ! So lovely
T- Gold used to be stolen goods melted down. The only interest is with the police, and not with geologists.
Why at 7:27 they are talking about the island of Jersey in England but an image of New Jersey in the USA is flashing on the screen?
So why do you show are presentation of NEW JERSEY, U.S.A. when talking about the island of Jersey in the English Channel?
The mysterious one for me is the black stone with colorful colours. That is so beautiful.
Ok time to dig up my back yard 🙂😊
Sidra Saleem hiiiee sidraaa
Sidra Saleem I would love to dig your back yard 😬
Makes me want to go treasure hunting today 🤴🏾
"There could be gold under the very soil you're standing on right now" *looks at the carpet in my shitty one bed room apartment*
Pan out your vacuum bag!
I found 2 louisiana opals here in vernon parish they are small one has a beautiful purple flash how much are these worth
Why was "New Jersey" used as the Island of Jersey?
because standardized education an fluoride in the water..
Why at 7:28 do you flash the state of New Jersey in the USA? and say Jersey in the English Channel. They are two different places.
Bravo very good infos
I found $50 on the ground in a casino. I then used it on slot machines and won $1000 was a great day
Will James, i like your story better. Was there any hookers?
I put $5 in a slot machine and pulled the arm down 3 times, then i was done.. Spent the rest of my time there walking around and looking at the depression on peoples' faces.
So you stole someone's 50 bucks then won a grand with it you lucky thief you lol.
Nik Emm one time my mother was new to slots when I was younger and she put a quarter in a slot and got all 3 7s but since it was a quarter won nothing
Want to get lucky again?
The Most mysterious was the paintings, maybe I'll get that rich one day💎💎💎💎!!!
Great founding by lucky people!!

Cookie Clockwise number 4
Cookie Clockwise
Doctor doctor

The gold nugget is called the “welcome stranger” found near Ballarat Australia in the golden triangle. I have found gold myself very close by.
I found a piece of gum on the ground once
Luckiest find I have ever had
Was it ABC gum?
Fuck you're lucky
Opal is my birth stone, and that one found in Australia is just beautiful. I'm bout to go get me a metal detector lol 😆
Polak painting 🇵🇱👨🎨😂
Pollock, thats poll - ock not po-lack
Not to mention the Ferrari "Dyno," which is actually pronounced "Deeno."
he didnt even spell it right.... "Pollack"
Joakim Ødelagt Nope. It’s really spelled “Pollock”.
Joakim Ødelagt Whoops, sorry. I thought you were saying “Pollack” was the correct spelling. My bad.
Sutter's Mill (well, the replica) is a half hour drive from my house. I knew it was historically significant for the area, but I didn't realize it was so significant for the entire state...
3:39 jokes on you, im laying right now.
If i found any of these treasures where would i sell them at? Im always confused when it comes to topics like these, like is there like a specific place you need to go?
Your narrator mispronounced Ferrari (Dino) and Jackson (Pollack) pfft
would be fun if you knew the story behind the guy that found the golden nugget, he had money issues and from his last money he bought a metal detector, and found the nugget on his land, paid of his debt etc
Jersey island in the English Channel just north of New York, New York! Sigh.
north? time for map reading lessons
I love how you talked about the island of Jersey, while showing the state of New Jersey on the map.. LOL
I know, right? What an idiot.
Isn’t that the guy in number 5 the painter in spongebob
Got the right equipment! Live in the right country! It's only a matter of time!

Genapher S Americans think they own the world the most corrupted country in the world
americans are ignorant deal with it
good on the Norway dude for keeping the painting. must be nice to be able to do that.
If u bring 100 of the superman comic books from the past...im afraid that the price would be much much cheaper..😊..love u chanel tho
boss boss no they wouldn’t?
3:30 how does all that gold and equipment end up there?
I consider this channel as a lucky discovery!!
I would add that the "Beale Treasure" has yet to be uncovered--somewhere in the western Virginia mountains. Hundreds of pounds of gold and silver
Pretty cool opal! Wouldn't that be something to stumble across!?
Why did you show the state of New Jersey when talking about the island of Jersey in the English Channel?
🔮The opal was my favorite it looks like the cosmos. And that color is hard to copy to any pallette.i would like to have some for sure 🎑
It's Pollock not Pollack!
That ancient helmet is pretty cool and I used it in my slide at school
U know what I'm gonna go in my backyard with a metal detector and look for GOLD
Gold is just about everywhere, its just the concentration thats variable.
You are the best
Ordinary metal detectors don't detect gold what the hell was that guy using
Most metal detectors do and just about any would detect a nugget that size. I have a $250 detector and it detects gold but not small flakes or tiny nuggets, special detectors made for gold will detect those.
That opal is INSANE
ANYONE NOTICE THIERS ALOT MORE COMMERCIALS AS IF UTUBE ISNT RICH ENOUGH YET.
Wayne McDonald The channel puts the ads on for money not TH-cam so this guys put a shit ton of ads to get money off his shitty content
That's why got TH-cam red no ads at all all day
I don't see any ads. adguard free download.

.... Marsha Terrell's mom.
Ok, number 3, @7:26 is NOT the island of Jersey. I mean come on, did the editor even look it up? LOL. That's not even an island you highlight.

that Jackson Pollock's painting looks like the one I made at school IIIIIMMMMM RIIIICHHHH!!!!!
WRONG JERSEY BRO LOLOLOL YOU SHOWED NEW JERSEY ON THE MAP
Opals are tiny bits of the dreamtime left over from the creation of the world.
"They made 500 copies but only 24 were known to exist" Yup makes perfect sense
The other 476 were stolen - by none other than Nicholas Cage.
@@dustdigger9001 😂😂😂
he said ARE known to exist
Declaration of Independence worth less than a superman comic!. Sweet
exactly how does finding a stolen Ferrari make some random kids rich?
And a stolen item at that, front think it works that way. Stolen items revert to ORIGINAL owner.
@@kathleenreynolds4506 ever hear of a reward
What the heck I have the same super man comic book in my attic right now, cause yesterday we cleaned the attic I found me and my brothers comic books, and it's also signed by Jerry Seigel.
(Edit) I didn't know that cost that much.
Should I sell it?
I Found a Pile of dog shit
I would store it - just in case. You never now. In 50 years it may be sold at an action for 30 million as a unique piece of dog art.
Acronical GT lol
I stepped in one
3:07 well that id the golden cape what was actually found in North Wales in the town I live near called mold
OFFS! You used the American flag to showcase the black opal found in Australia??? Come ON, you guys!
You said they might think about melting that nugget down. There's absolutely no chance they would do that. Like diamonds (though not to the same extent) gold nuggets have value beyond the weight, especially the larger ones. The buyer didn't pay extra just so it can be melted down.
Get an atlas ffs, and look where Jersey is.
