Still. They stupidly want to build it in Iberian gauge. Meaning you can't connect the high speed network to the rest of Europe (Not even the Spanish high speed rail network) without special gauge-switching rolling stock.
For whosever interested, the official video from IP, here's a video for the first section of the high speed rail, between Porto and Soure/Oiã: th-cam.com/video/gWm6u6pDEEo/w-d-xo.html
Good effort but the maps and images you could have found much better. Not a good video afterall if you want to know the reality of the project and what there is at the moment
If the research you made for the video though you something, you should know that we can only believe that this time will be done, when it's actually done. Until then it's the same political talk has the previous times. Every time they said that it was for real, and hundreds of millions where spent in studies and even tracks... For nothing. When the studies where done... The costs had skyrocketed and the money was not enough to continue with the projects. The most probable thing is that the situation will repeat itself. If not for other reasons... Just because high speed trains are useless for homeless. The housing crisis is turning into to an uprising and the voters will vote for the ones that priorityse that. This project will end up in the drawer again.
The images you showed of the new bridge in Porto were in fact of the new metro line, unrelated to the High-Speed project. But nice video overall :)
Thanks for letting me know and cheers!

Finally , portugal and spain joined by train
Portugal and Spain are joined by conventional trains several decades ago.
Haaaaah
You don't have to switch train between France and Italy. The train itself just switches alternating current from 15KV to 25KV.
Thanks for the correction!
The João Cravinho you showed in the video is not the Joao Cravinho you mentioned. You showed his son.
Oops 😬 Thanks for letting me know!
We cant even do low speed rail properly lol.
