Nice. I would like to do one about half that size to go on the front of my house. Just bought my first pixels, so not looking to go too ambitious, and plus, I can always look to do a larger one another year if I really like working on it.
@@rpra7392 all I can remember is that it is 8 feet wide, so yeah 4 feet on each side with a tee in the middle. But I did need to make something for the base to fit through.
Yeah, I did see the modification. I have a full light show but needed to upgrade my megatree to asap pole. The base idea will definitely be useful. Thanks again for all the info.
Hey Daniel, you are you an incredible young man. What a heck of a job. Can you tell me your final cost on that project. Anyway, congratulations. I want a job. Well done.
Now this is an impressive build! many ideas and improved methods I had never seen in any other megatree. im considering adding a megatree to my LOR show; thinking of a falcon remote reciver and massive PSU with a fused distro setup. I have some questions about your tree, how many pixels to the top is each section + how many is there, and how many nodes is your star/topper? and what seller did you get the pixels from?
@@danielbuilds9595 thanks for the info, i was comparing buying direct to the other holiday sites and it seems ray wu has the best price so ill be going with them, just had not seen anyone elses experience with them but they seem to work great im still debating on a 16x50vs a 16x100 tree but the remaining budget will choose that for me

Wow, very impressive tree. You sound so young man, how old are you? I'd like to get my son interested in this type of creativity and knowledge, well done 👍
Awesome job and I have to give you credit for making an amazing tree. I like the idea, thanks for sharing with us.
Good job kid! Keep it up

Nice, good luck on your project!
Great video! Any idea what the measurements were on the pvc base?
It is 8 feet by 4 feet by 1 1/2 feet
@danielbuilds9595 basically 4ft pvc each side with a TEE in the middle?
Or did you cut 10ft pvc on half?

I got the pixels from Ray Wu's AliExpress store, There are 16 strips with 50 pixels each, and there are 150 pixels in the star.

Maybe I can help you.
What is the height of your tree without the topper? Great video!
without the 3 foot wide star at the top, the tree gets up to 14 feet.

14, I got into pixels last year
Where my friend by $900.00 ?
OMG. What a terrible video. Need to hold that camera still for a second or two 😡😡
hey, I was using what I had at the time. since then I got a better camera. If you have issues, just don't watch my videos.
plus, you can clearly see the camera standing still for much more than your 2 seconds in the timelapse parts.
