    This is great. Just one question. If there is an IT glitch in my Post Office card do I get accused of fraud and thrown in prison like so many of your post masters?

    My question is does it matter what currency you’ve got on your post office card at the minute? I’ve got a load of money for dollars do I have to transfer it to a different currency or can I just use that currency over there and it automatically coming to euros when I’m going to hole in the wall.

    Hello, I am travelling to Italy from England this month and considering the Travel Card.
    1. Would I be able to withdraw euros in Italy ATM machine?
    2. If I run out of money on the card, can I top it up via the app whilst I am in Italy?
    3. If I have money leftover on the card, can I convert euro back to GBP when I return home and is there a fee?
    Thank you

    • @postoffice
      @postoffice  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi Alice, Thanks for your enquiry. You would be able to withdraw Euros from any Mastercard branded ATM machine in Italy yes, up to 450 Euros per day but there is a small charge of 2 Euros to complete this. Contactless payments and chip and PIN have no fees. If you run out of money you can absolutely top up the card on the mobile app or online account. In terms of when you're home, by using the app, website or calling us, you can transfer funds back to GBP without any fees and use the card within the UK or online for the remaining funds. I hope this helps - Stephen
