So nice to see your sweet smiling face again! I've missed you! I'm happy to hear that your energy is back! That's great news! You are such a hard worker, and so strong to move those large, heavy sections of fencing! I enjoyed seeing all of those leaves that you dried for this coming winter. I sure hope that you will be able to locate your roses video. I am looking forward to seeing it, as well as your next video! It is sooooo hot here right now - and the humid conditions are making it so much worse. It is NOT pleasant at all. I hope you are having cooler and drier conditions in Wales! Sending you much love from an uncomfortable Nova Scotia...........xxoo

You're looking really well Hazel, much better. I'm glad it's settled a bit or you're just coping more now Pet 😊 I just wanted to say, I've seen those Goats Beard in another of your vlogs in a big clump in your garden, it's not Astilbe that's a different plant. Yours is called Aruncus (check the pics on Google ) You might want to check if it has to be cooked to be consumed. Hope you don't mind me saying but I just want to keep you safe 😊 xx
Thank you ...im feeling much better since I started my juice & smoothie fast.... more my usual self... thanks for the heads up on the goats beard I have looked it up ..it is edible but I think I will stay away from it just incase...dont want to make things worse as the seeds aren't edible. I only like to use things that are completely edible then there is no confusion ... but I do have astilbe so I will use that instead...😊😊 have a great week & see you again soon...😊😊❤️🐶🐶❤️🍄
Hi lovely Hazel. So nice to see you, Stripe, the gorgeous fluffy bums and your lovely garden🐾🐔🌸🐔🌻🐔🌼🐔 . I do like listening to all your plans for the garden, I am always making plans, a garden is always evolving and its such a wonderful way to fill the days. That penstemon is lovely, I think I have the same one in my garden. It has felt like Spring here in our neck of the woods, birds are gathering for their nests and the blossom is coming out. I'm so sorry to hear about the negative comments my friend 😞. Sharing your life, your lovely garden, your plans, all of it has all lifted my spirits on many an occasion . Keep being your lovely creative self , you make the world a better place. Sending much love 🐔🐾❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎💜💙💚💛🧡
HI lovely Maria ... its lovely to have your company...😊Awww thank you for your lovely encouraging words they have cheered me up.... 😊 my official planning department is well & truly back open for business 😂😂 Penstemon are one of my favourite plants next to the roses which obviously are my favourite but penstemons are a close second ... I will be doing lots of cuttings this month for next year... 😊😊 Im so pleased you are enjoying early signs of spring & I hope your summer is better than ours ... it's been rubbish.... 😊😒 anyway have a lovely week my friend & I will see you again soon...lots of love to you from a soggy windy Wales..❤️❤️😊😊🐔🐔🐶🐶🐔🐔🍄🦋🍄🦋🌹
Your garden is a lovely country garden.I love the fact that it is an ongoing project and not fake or immaculate.Thats what makes it interesting to watch.Ignore the pathetic comments.
Awwww.. thank you so much that's very kind of you.... im not a tidy person so my garden will never be a showpiece.... have a fabulous week & see you again soon....😊😊🐔🐔🐔🐔🐶🐶🍄🍄🦋🦋
Ive always enjoyed your videos Hazel and your beautiful garden that's evolving all the time. I cannot believe how much you do yourself like putting up that polytunnel, building woodsheds along with the gardening itself and looking after the animals. A new puppy takes up a lot of your time with training and you have been so unwell too. Great to see you back, never give up your videos we really enjoy and look forward to them. Im really struggling this year with my mental health, Ive found it very hard to work on my garden hill suffering from severe anxiety but I will get better and now I have you to watch for courage and inspiration. Thanks Hazel glad youre getting better now. Love from my Hill to yours Tina. xxxx
Hi Tina... thank you for your lovely comments ... Ihave always had the attitude that I will doit myself rather than ask for help... sometimes that is very difficult with the health & mental health challenges this last couple of years but it is getting better as I begin to take charge of my diet & health myself..... Mental health is always so difficult as its always seems do difficult to explain what's going on in my head & it always seems a lonely path.... don't struggle alone you can always message me on instagram or Facebook if it will help. Sadly;y io can't get into my email account atm as ive been locked out.... Enjoy your garden & keep your chin up you're not alone & can understand what you are feeling.... Take care & I will see you again very soon... lots of love to you from my hill to yours...😊😊🐶🐶🐔🐔🐔🐔❤️❤️🦋🦋🌹💐💐
Glad you’re feeling better Hazel it’s tough when you have so many things going on. Looking great in the garden. Have a wonderful week ahead, happy gardening, Ali 🌞🥵🇨🇦
Thank you Ali ! im feeling a lot better & the garden is now moving on along nicely again...❤️❤️. have a blessed week & happy gardening to you too....lots of love from sunny Wales..😊🐶🐶🐔🐔🐔🐔❤️❤️🦋🦋🍄🍄
If others commenting about how untidy the garden is, feel free to lend a hand if it bothers them so much. Whenever we visit it’s never been an issue. ❤
When people try to insult you of your garden their knowledge of gardening or where rats forage always consider the source. You and your gardening is enjoyable. Birds Way 🐦
Only found you recently and watching a few of your videos - I just want to comment about the rats - I live in the countryside, nearest property is 2 fields away. I have a couple of chickens that free range on a very large piece of garden, their food is kept undercover away from their house in the day and is taken in at night, their food is stored in the house. We don’t seem to see the rats in the summer months but In the winter we have rats that visit the garden at night, there is nothing to attract them but the previous owner used to feed the birds on the ground so they probably think they’ll find food. There is a bog behind our garden in the winter and I think they’re attracted by that too, it’s mostly dry in summer. Rats are never far away wherever you live and no we don’t want them in our gardens but when you live in the countryside it’s just one more pest that will visit no matter what you do. I love your attitude to the ‘haters’ - ‘jog on’ - my thoughts exactly ❤
Hi Alison welcome to my channel it's lovely to have your company....😊😊 I completely agree we have to learn to live with the wildlife I always feel like im a guest in this little corner of Wales & that this is their home so I try not to kill anything if I can help it but I do think that rats will always be apart of the place as long as the beehives are at the back. 😊 but stripe has been great at finding them & dealing with them for me he had 3 in total that I know of .... he's a great ratter.... 😊😊🐶🐶
ive popped it in the description bar now sorry I forgot... im just waiting for the first diet vlog to load on my extremely slow wifi.... otherwise no new videos atm.... 😊😊
in the description bar below the video..... its a new channel so I haven't got much on there atm but I will be posting regularly through the autumn.... thanks for watching...😊😊
i cannot believe people could be so rude…i would love your garden, chooks and everything you are achieving, you are real and as for rats,i live in the CBD of a large. Victorian Australian country town and next to my house is a derelict shed and i have seen rats running along our adjoining fence,i have. no so-called “rubbish”around. or animals and their food i have a very tiny boxy garden and i would be in heaven to have your energy an enthusiasm and your. vision for all your projects xxx🇦🇺🦘🙏😘 …
Awwww... thank you for your lovely comments it really is rewarding to hear how my videos are received by all you lovely viewers.... If rats can find somewhere to nest they will & one of your other neighbours will more than likely have food around or local eateries.... but I do think we just have to learn to live with them & not let them get out of control....😊having a big garden is a lot of work & just sometimes when my energy levels are low I do crave a smaller patch....but I do find that if I make it into zones to look after its a lot easier to manage😊anyway have a wonderful week & I will see you again soon...❤️❤️🐔🐔🐶🐶🍄🍄🐔🐔🦋
