Please advise,
My friend came through DV lottery and it's unfortunate that someone had helped him to apply and managed to convince him that if he doesn't declare he has children it will be easy to win the green card. He came here and have stayed for six years now and is planning to apply for citizenship and would like to include that he has children under 21yrs . He is in dilemma how to go about it , if he can be accused that he didn't give true information about himself.

Hello sir, A Question..
What if you didn't add your child when filling the DV lottery form, but later did to a pending court case to proof the child is yours, and you later put your child information in the Ds260 form that you now have a child and you support it with an Affidavit and court ruling..?? Will the embassy accept your case that you now have a child and due to a pending court ruling.., that's why you didn't not add your child information when filling the DV lottery application.
