Hi EBM, if i apply for the DV card and happen to win but for some reasons i did not include my children, is there a possibility that they can follow me to the US after some time? Will there be some legal issues? what are the alternatives to use to bring your kids to the USA even having not included them in the 260 form? please advise.

Help me understand, WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY APPLICATION AS PRINCIPAL DIDN'T INCLUDE FAMILY DETAILS BUT IN ERROR. for instance a friend helped me apply from the US but I am in Uganda and they didn't allow me time to give details! So my DV application was sent as unmarried yet I have wife and children.

Hai Mr. EBM, i've followed every ur videos. Pls help me. I wanna ask u. When i apply DV Lottery, i put my marital as a single. And also my husband, put the marital as a single. Bcoz actually at that time we married already, but we havent registered our marriage to government (no have marriage book), We still married under religion. So, if i won the Lottery, can i bring my husband to America also? How to fill the form if i won the lottery? How if i got interview at US embassy, what i have to say to them so that i can bring my husband also to America?
We both got our visas but don't have enough money to travel this month. Can my husband come a month after i have traveles to America?

Inside the DS260 you can put the new email which you have access to it. But you can write on the list of previous emails addresses the one which you don’t have access to it.
