This video absolutely made my day! Having the actual property name at the end of the url! I was beating the bushes fora week now to find the reason of not getting any filter options in PnP Modern Search web part even though having my "Category" column mapped to a refinablestring. Now I know it. There are many users sufferring with this problem and there were no answers even from the MS experts pointing to this very crucial detail. Many thanks Greg!
