I listen to this, alone in an empty apartment. At the end of an empty bed. Grieving for someone I truly loved, and still love. However, I do not grieve her death. This person is still alive, but gone. After years of companionship, she decided to let go of what we had. She was someone I shared every secret with. Someone who gave me joy, purpose, and excitement in my once dull, meaningless, life. I truly struggle to move on, to cower up the courage and energy to pursue that same happiness. My heart feels so broken, so damaged. I feel abandoned, depressed, and immeasurably sad. I don’t want to die, but I don’t want to live in this pain. I’ve broken bones, I’ve had surgeries, I’ve suffered illness. But nothing... nothing comes close to this. It’s sad that I resort to alcohol, and sleep, to temporarily numb the thoughts. I have to remind myself, though, in reading the comments of others, and listening to the advice of my dearest family members, that I will find joy again. That this suffering will end. And that I will see light once more. I’m not a religious man, but I pray to whatever higher being may exist, that this day comes soon. I don’t know how much longer I can take this. But I must move on. And not quit. Not for my family, or my friends. But for myself, and “for her”. Even though she hurt me so bad, I am so glad she gave me so many wonderful moments. Moments, that cannot be purchased or relived. But moments in time I will not soon forget. Who knew your heart could break into so many pieces. I just hope I can find them all at the end of this...

I've looked for this song for the longest time, so happy now
He was a man who had endured tragedy that surround him growing up, he had faith in what he believed, to see the good despite the losses he faced, at times he was broken, when others saw him resilient, he struggle to grief because at times he was told he had to be strong, he never knew how to grief, but one thing for sure he learned to subside it with honor. As he faced adversaries, he always found a way for something good to come out… now he is fighting, and believing what he wants to achieve, now a days he grieves and knows how to, he now knows it is okay to let those tears run on its own, when that memory comes across his mind, he notices it and cry’s only to that person he loves… after all he is human, he handle his emotions differently than most at first… but now he understands it all, memories are truly a blessing, but yet a curse if he remembers the tragic events. When he falls asleep , his dreams are his gateway, sleeping among the peaceful dream, a place we will never know, we will never know how it was and looked, only to him. He is strong, and some say he is confidence even if he struggles at his lowest, just know he will give it all… never misunderstood him, he is human… just learning that Is okay to be emotional and let his tears run free, to relive that sadness that he had inside, where he only knew how to bottle it up. For that I respect him.

When did we lose sight of our dreams? When did life become a constant repetitive series of boring episodes, each day a near exact copy of the last? The truth is, the flow of time is not constant, and our perception of it is warped and twisted, and is a downright cruel joke sometimes. We live in islands of time, where one important event is preceded by many - or few, I guess - repetitive tasks before it, and then superseded by the same tasks before the following event. Take booking a doctor's appointment a few months in advance, for example. Most of the time we spending living is in those moments when we're not doing anything, those moments when we sit back and look at ourselves and wonder how we got here. Wonder who we are. Wonder where we're going. The truth is, life is not short, nor is it long. It's simply a measure of time allocated to each person for us to grow as an individual and as a species, as a civilization together. Enjoy every moment before you no longer have the ability to, but also allocate time to plan the future and catch sight of your dreams once again. Those childhood dreams swallowed up by the waves, and the dreams you had with other people that got blown away by the storm. Time is a cruel mistress, and fate is but a mere daydream. We're not meant to live our life like this, spending every day just to meet the next head on. We're trapped in a cycle of just getting through today, so we might realist our dreams tomorrow. when i see/hear/feel "rare", i think of treasure, like diamonds or something. or my friend who i hang out with basically every day because they are "that one" human being that i feel happiest around. they actually care for me, and they appreciate me for who i am. noone else in the school seems to do the same thing she does. i feel loved by her, i feel important to her. and i make it my duty to protect her, even if it costs my life. and she makes it her duty to protect me too. she is important to me, and im important to her. she is my treasure, she is my happiness, she is my love. she and i may not be in a dating relationship yet, but that time may come, whether that be tomorrow, monday, or in 3 years.
