This might be one of the strongest rng based teams I've ever seen. That level 3 octopus is the nightmare counter, and you almost beat it. I think this is the kind of squad you could get a perfect run with multiple times. It really looks that strong in the early and mid game.
If you just remove any pets with low stats from tier 5 and 6 in your pack the rng basically disappears from eagle and post round 10 stork. Sure it might look like that warthog was lucky but if the other 9 options were something like octopus, gorilla, mammoth, piranha, boar, sabertooth reindeer, German shepherd or cobra (the last two mostly just for their attack stat) your opponent probably wasn't gonna be doing so well no matter what. You could also stick wildebeest in there and run this alongside nurse shark to really ruin people's lives. And then your storks might be dropping those too.
If anything, sea turtle should be worded the same as horse; that would make it much more useful. Temporary stats in the shop are great when you're switching pets in and out and help with making a pivot.
Please start using mushrooms on your powerful ability but weak pets in the back! You don't care if the turkey is a 1/1 reborn, as long as its special effect is available!
except that its useful when they have attack, as if a low hp lemoned dude lives, or something small gets summoned in the back and your units are dead its very useful to have even like 7 attack to kill a random deer in the back with a bus or something
Great last run, but if I was playing I would've frozen one of the wolves on the last round instead of panic-buying a dromedary lmao. At least with the wolf you get one for-sure spawn.
actually to answer your answer at 1:06(i havent watched the full video so if u realize by then, my apologies), the horse will give a newly bought pet +1 outside and inside of battle(until end of battle), while the sea turtle won't give it any health. another coment(simon coppack) here said a great buff to the sea turtle if it was worked like the horse
You said the horse’s temporary shop attack is useless, then the very next round the slug wins you the round because of the +1 attack it got from the horse 👀
The horse is worded the way it is so that it can give pets bought from the shop a 1-turn buff. My guess is they decided it was too weak early if it only buffed like a cricket or something, but too strong if it gave permanent buffs to pets bought from the shop.
A great team comp for huge early scaling (rounds 7-12ish): from front to back- Camel Leech Giraffe Koala Monkey The monkey is tier 5, but you can banana pill by tier 4. Koala is tier 2 and the rest are tier 3. So it's pretty easy to get it going early. Also the giraffe and monkey are kind of optional, the real synergy comes from camel leech koala. Even with everyone at lvl 1 and no food buffs, that's still +3+4 for the leech and +3+3 for the camel every time you end the round, on top of whatever you spent that round for scaling. And once you start leveling things up and adding food, it grows quickly from there.

The difference in a horse and sea turtle..... The horse will give pets bought in the shop 1/2/3 attack as well as the ones spawned in battle where as the sea turtle will only buff a friend while in battle. Love the content broski keep it up.

horse and sea turle are worded different because their abilities are different. Sea turtle doesn't give stats when you buy pets, but horse does.

Turkey is better at level 3 it gives 9+9 sea turtle at level 3 give 9 hp
But turkey is a tier five while turtle is a tier two.
