She hits a lot of good source people. I think it's wonderful that she's spreading good psychology. Most people consume a steady diet of junk psychology, psychology with empirical evidence backing it up needs as many soldiers as it can get.

I highly recommend the book Educated by Tara Westover.
I do appreciate Gottlieb's insights about personal growth through therapy on both sides of the couch.
