in all honesty I've seen this movie about 947 times...can't get enough of it from Bulletproof Tony, Boris the bullet dodger, Pikey Mickey, Bricktop, all of them, its all gold...
It was at a funny angle.. it's behind you Tyrone, whenever you reverse, things come from behind you...😂❤😂❤ there isn't a bad character or line in the movie!
I lived all over the Republic and Northern Ireland for 2 years. Very near the end of my stint there I was in Cork and County Kerry. I met a lot of travellers in that time. When I got back to the US I sawsomething online that said Brad Pitt did a horrible job with the accent but they admitted they didn't know how it should sound, it was just unintelligible to them. to me it was spot on. He sounded nearly Identical to the travellers I met in Cork and Kerry. I wouldn't be surprised if he even did it better and it was closer to a traveller from near Dublin,
Just thinking about this movie makes me laugh out loud. Incredible, intricate story telling. Everyone is perfect in their roles. I can't picture anybody playing Mickey but Brad. (Thank goodness for subtitles :-)
If I could only watch ten movies for the rest of my life, I would have this one on the list. Have seen it countless times and it’s always great on rerun.
I cant even count how many times I've watched Snatch. Such a great movie! Also loved Tyrone the "getaway" driver. "What the f*** can he get away from eh?" 😂
Stephen Graham is 100% the most underrated actor out there. He absolutely nailed the accents in Boardwalk Empire and the Irishman. Martin Scorsese loves him.
Do ya like dags? I love the reply "Dogs, sure, I like dags". Stephen Graham put on a London accent when he met Guy Rithie to audition hoping he didn't think he was from Liverpool
When you start thinking about best Brad Pitt movies, you quickly realize that dudes been in a lot of freaking movies. I would vote Fight Club as being pretty high.
At 9:07 good point about how he's viewed (for much of his career) as such a good-looking guy, but do people realize what a good actor he is. Years ago at work when women/girls would start swooning talking about how handsome he is, I'd tell them to watch "Kalifornia". Because Pitt is not a nice guy in it, might turn the ladies off 😅 great performance by him if you're interested, but if you plan to watch it , brace yourself.
@@heywoodjablowme8120 THAT is a truly epic movie. I have long thought that Pitt was never given his due b/c of his looks--esp when he was young. Cary Grant curse. He also was never credited b/c of his looks too.
I never liked him in his leading man, romantic roles. I think he's far better as a character actor. Smaller parts like this movie, 12 monkeys, Inglorious Bastards.
I had to double check that because my brother in law always gets Stephen Graham mixed up with Donnie Wahlberg and Donnie is also in BOB, but looks like Stephen is in it too 😂
I could totally watch you guys watch the whole movie. Maybe an idea for patreon content ;) Also: I thought Pitt was pretty good in 12 Monkey. One of my favourites.
Lol yeah Pitt showed up Bruce Willis in 12 Monkeys. I remember watching it when it first came out and I had no idea what was going on (I was only 10 yrs old) but watching it later when I grew up, I started to like it more.
Fight Club, Inglourous Basterds, 12 Monkeys, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Burn After Reading, Fury... Brad Pit is a helluva great actor, but for the longest time he was underrated because he was so pretty critics couldn't accept his talent. Snatch was one of his break-through roles and showed just how incredibly funny he could be as well.
A great Brad Pitt character often over-looked is in the movie True Romance (written but not directed by a young Quentin Tarantino) as the pot-smoking couch potato who pretends to stand up to the Mob and mouths off to them after they're gone and then takes another hit off his home-made honey bear bong. Hilarious character. From that moment on - i became a Brad Pitt fan. And since you guys were hoping he has a small dick - well you get your wish as Shania Twain's song "That Don't Impress Me Much" was supposedly written about Pitt after he was illegally photographed nude by a paparazzi in a helicopter while he was in a private back yard. So the rest of us guys can feel a little better about that at least. Thanks for your reaction - always enjoy them.
@@katherinetepper-marsden38 You're right Katherine - i peeked at the pictures myself - and this is just something all of us average-looking men tell ourselves to feel better about not having his handsome looks.
@@andirandolph8830 My girlfriend at the time and her roommate loved him in that role JD in Thelma and Louise. Good looking guy that didn't say anything. lol
Snatch was less a movie and more a series of one liners strung into an incredible plot. practically every line from this movie can stand on its own without the context of the movie. it's brilliant.
Can say exactly the same for Jason's character Turkish... Tommy asks "Well what's wrong with this one?!?" "Oh nothing Tommy..." ** "... it's just... I'm not sure of the colour!" 😂😂😂😂
My favorite Mickey line was the one he delivered after his mother's wake. Still drunk from the night before, his first words upon being roused by Turkish, " *I NEED TO HAVE A SHITE* !!!". For years that line was actually my ringtone. Still cracks me up.
Brad did confront and threaten Harvey Weinstein when he learned he sexually harassed Gwyneth Paltrow (his girlfriend at the time) Also - he was pretty good in _"12 Monkeys"_ and _"Se7en"_ too 😁
I honestly never heard of this movie and, watching the clips, I can't understand about 80% of the dialogue. It does look good if you can comprehend it . . . and know what a Pikey is.
Stephen Graham is incredible. I agree he is so underrated. I watched him a while ago in a movie called “the boiling point” and I became a massive fan. I love any movie he is in. I need to watch Snatch now
Guy Richie's movies are my favorites!! ROCKNROLLA is my favorite😎😎😎😎 So many big stars...Iris Elba, Gerard Butler, Matt King, Mark Strong, Thandie Newton, Tom Hardy, Tom Willkinson, Blake Ritson....EXCELLENT!!😍😍😍😍
Excellent, excellent movie. One of my favorites of all time. Such great performances by everyone but I must say I loved Bricktop and Bullet tooth Tony. Don’t know why it’s hardly played on cable.
I've ALWAYS said that, at minimum, he should've been nominated for an Oscar for this character. He was not in any way, shape or form 'Brad Pitt' in this movie, he was the character to the core. Most of his characters you think, this is Brad Pitt and he's doing a great job as this character, but, to me, I didn't associate BP with this character at all. Incredible performance.
One of my best friends lives north of Glasgow, and every time I call him, at least for the first four minutes, I haven't a clue what he said. I have to tell him to attempt to speak English. But he's not pikey or anywhere near it, just Scottish & Gaelic. But still, I feel like a prick telling him to give it a go
The "Pikes" are fucking CRAZY in boxing, they hit real fast and real hard...In Scotland, we have many of them settled, we are cousins, I'm 1/4 Irish myself..but yeah, they seem to have hands and heads than handle knocking better than most...it's just pretty to me, the amount of people walking around 5' 6" that can flat-line you in a minute...yeah..you learn not to be too mouthy up here...
Ok English Folks - this Yankee wants to know- is Pikey now received the same as the "N Word" here in the States? All I know is I have relations in Ireland and Wales, where everyone's a C**t....a Happy C**t... Funny C**t, etc. I'd ask them, but, seeing as how one of their favorite appellations would get me in trouble here, especially with the women, I'm asking you. BTW, Brad Pitts character in Fury is based on a real person. And, my last visit to Eiré, I actually got to witness a Gypsy wedding.... It's as crazy as I had been told.
I wanted to hate on Bratt Pitt when he was younger because I figured a guy who is that looking can't also be ridiculously talented...but it was just that, hating. I've never seen him have a single bad performance in a movie. I'm gonna have to check this movie out, I've never seen it. He's also really big into standup comedy and good friends with Jim Jeffries. He did appearances as a fake weatherman on his show for the minimum that SAG union would allow just because he thought it would be fun.
in all honesty I've seen this movie about 947 times...can't get enough of it from Bulletproof Tony, Boris the bullet dodger, Pikey Mickey, Bricktop, all of them, its all gold...

@@billcoggeshall6764 Because he dodges bullets, Avi.

Guy Ritchie has quite a few classics. This and Lock Stock are some of my favs.
So many well-known actors in this -- and they were ALL excellent. A perfect movie in just about every way.
He's pretty amazing in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

My favourite brad pitt role is Tyler Durden from Fight Club a cult classic

One of the greatest films, so many characters, bullet tooth Tony, Bricktop and the great Dennis Farina, Bencio Del Toro. Thanks for reacting to this!
If anyone hasn't seen them, the deleted scenes for the film are just as awesome as what was left in.

Watching Fight Club was when I first started respecting Brad alot more as an actor.
Looks like Brad breaks and grins when the dog whines and jumps on him.
