(the chord pre-combat was at first thinking on phyrexian metamorph to copy tivit and set Tivit player behind, but that would mostly benefit Zur. And I wanted Beta to still be a threat for Bofa to be worried, so he ended up going for Dockside to have the mana for Tr3feri+Kinnan+Basalt, or Thrasios activations, which ended up being needed. In the end I found Kitten and still pulled off after countering Mana Vault. :D
I actully thought someone else then you would have won. It looked good and strange for everyone at different angels. But when I saw teferi I thought OK he gotta have it now. Happy someone WON. I hate uploading videos that goes to draw. So thank you for SAVING the game.
Hello all! I’m the zur player, definitely a messy game I was very tired and threw this game on the kitten play but the ester sentinel not getting killed in the beginning was just some politics trying to get some more cards out of it. Amazing match tho!
What a lot of people forget is that it is a tournament with time and a lot of stress in them. A lot of messy things and misstakes happen. I think you did good.
Even if I don't really like Tymna/Kraum and Thrasios/Bruse decks, I always upvote a Baal win :D
This video is a really damning account of the Stax archetype. The wincons are too good that they're able to punch through hate unless you totally saturate the board.
Yeah this is kinda of why I think stax is kinda dead. So hard to make it work. I have really been trying.

Thank you. I am glad to read that. I was unsure if this is something people would want. But I think showcasing tournament games is a godo thing. I mean it is kinda "when the money is on the line situation". You get to see the REAL.

Why he didn't gave the opponents all nonland permanentd back on the hands after generating infinite mana with hullbreaker horror?
Any reason for copy enchantment over estrids invocation in Zur (or any deck)
It is 2 mana instead of 3. Makes a lot of difference.

That is a good question.
Man I hate how horrible these setups are. Like I know it’s just a bunch of normal dudes with cheap webcams they bought off Amazon trying to play magic together but it’s so hard to enjoy watching the game with such crap setups. I definitely couldn’t play in a tournament like this and I wish their standards were higher. Good commentary though!
