Looking back at Khans, I can see what a juicy EDH/Commander set it was. It brought so much fun to the game, as well as made fetch lands a lot cheaper. Perhaps not the most money-stable set, but I still love it.

Like sets that have rotated out of standard and no one really wants them...does he just keep them in case they spike or does he gradually sell them to his patrons as box opening videos
justin hudnall I believe the box openings are mostly people over seas because of the rules of shipping sealed product. Also, I think some openings are per request.
I can definetly see them rise in prise eventually cause allot of the rares and mythics are really good and have good interactions and I can see them being a staple in edh or modern

i got one of those god boxes with 7 fetches + 1 Foil Fetch, a Sarkhan, and all the good $2-4 rares. Then I opened like 15 more boxes chasing the dragon and got stuck with like a billion worthless rares lol.
"As the prices drop, what happens to the people who get those bad experiences?" They come play Modern and have a much more fun time. I've seen it happen with several standard players at my LGS.
Watching people play with Treasure Cruise and Dig through Time before they were banned was hilarious.. I think foil Treasure Cruise got ridiculously expensive
I totally disagree with you. Think about Magic art.. it is as bad or worse. There are all kinds of cards from Magic that I can think of as being inappropriate art.

I could point out a few but it really permeates the art so you don’t have to look far. I agree with Billable. Sure, there are some examples of cringeworthy/creepy/un-PC art in Magic, but those are very few and far between when you consideration the sheer number of cards printed over a quarter of a century, and almost all of them are very old. In comparison, I literally image searched for "force of will card" (since I don´t know a damn thing about the game), and about half the cards in the results had borderline hentai looking plastic girls with balloon boobs. That shit grosses me out. As a grown ass man, I´d rather quit card games altogether than be seen playing with cards that look like that.
I quit Magic and went over to FoW around the time that Scars came out and would not go back. I feel it is a superior game system. Deals with alot of the randomness I dislike about magic (you can not get mana-screwed or flooded). Alot of the card art that many people consider "Problematic" (I'm sure a commonly used word around WoTC these days) are either from the earliest sets or are limited promos. The company listened to alot of the criticism and severely toned it down (over corrected a little imo). Right now the biggest problem with the game is the balance between the colors. Green in standard is certifiably OP to the point the company itself came out and admitted they screwed up on R&D but have promised to fix it for the next block.
It cracks me up that we already know what you're going to open from the title and then you still pretend to open other random shit at the beginning of the video.

Morph was fantastic in limited. This whole set was awesome for limited. I have a box set aside for drafting.

Dragon Throne of Tarkir is such a boss EDH beatdown card. Literally destroys in a swarm deck. Can kill all three opps in one swing with Thousand Year.
