Great test flight, I really enjoyed seeing the waterfalls. I need to try the 2.4hz setting, I had a lot of breakup on 5.8. I didn’t think HDR made a big difference. Thanks for sharing.
Tried 2.4ghz along with ParaYagiUda signal booster and did 1.5km. best I did before was 650m. Also to improve signal point the antennas up and tilt back the controller 45 degrees. PS. Horizon Tilt has started to rear its ugly head since the last firmware update. PPS. Yaw Sensitivity. Finding the yaw to be too sensitive. I lowered the YAW SENSITIVITY to 30% from 50% and by doing so it gives you a little initial delay in yawing which I find smooths out the initial yaw movements. You can try 25 or 20% if your stick movements are not so precise.
I have a query about the Fimi Navi app for you when flying the mini 3. In the drone settings there is an option for Home Point with two buttons available, one for the drone to return to where it took off, the other is return to where the controller is. On my app with the drone, controller and app connected and working as normal both buttons are dim as if none are selected and when you try to select either one nothing happens. I contacted Fimi and asked them, they have said to try it once the drone has taken off. I will try this if I get chance this weekend, I was wondering if you have got the same on your mini 3? Great videos, just ordered an Alldocube 8.4" Tablet you recommended some time ago, keep up the good work, thanks.
I think I covered that on one of my V1 videos. Fimi had an issue with it not working but think it got fixed. I will look today. I am doing a Fimi camera comparison.. 1/2.5 & 1/2" stacked and 1/2" regular and then maybe a 1/1.3 (DJI) regular.
