Negative Self-Talk
Self-talk is the flow of mostly unspoken thoughts that run through your head. Negative thoughts can harm your health and well-being. Positive thinkers are less susceptible to colds and have better cardiovascular health. They are less likely to be depressed and likely to live longer. Being a positive thinker doesn't mean that you ignore problems. Instead, being one can better your ability to deal with them

തിരുമേനി.... ശരീര ദുർഗന്ധം ഒഴിച് ബാക്കി ഒക്കെ എനിക്കുണ്ട്..... അച്ഛനും അമ്മക്കും ഞാൻ ഒരു ദിവസം പോലും സൊര്യം കൊടുക്കാറില്ല.,.. എനിക്ക് ദൈഷ്യം മാത്രം ആണ്... ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല... ഉറങ്ങാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.... മുടി കൊഴിച്ചിൽ... ശരീരം മെലിഞ്ഞു.... എപ്പോഴും ക്ഷീണം, ദൈഷ്യം കുറയുന്നില്ല... ... എന്റെ മാനസിക നില തെറ്റുമോ എന്നുപോലും തോന്നിപോകുന്നു...... എനിക്ക് ഇത് വരാൻ കാരണം എന്താണെന്ന് എനിക്ക് അറിയ..... ആരാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നതന്നും എനിക്ക് അറിയാ.... ആൾ എന്നെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങിട്ട് 8 വർഷം ആകുന്നു.... എനിക്ക് എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് അറിയില്ല.... വിഷമം സഹിക്കാൻ പറ്റാത്തവിധം ഞാൻ മാറി കഴിഞ്ഞു.... എനിക്ക് 23 വയസ് ഉണ്ട്... ജീവിതം മടുത്തു.... (മടുപ്പിച്ചു )... ഇത് ഒന്നും എനിക്ക് ആരോടും പറയാൻ കഴിയുനില്ല... പറഞ്ഞാൽ ആരും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല... ഈ കാലത്തും ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്യുന്നവർ ഉണ്ടോ എന്നാണ് പലരും പറയുന്നത്... ദൈവ വിശ്വാസം കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ആളാണ് ഞാൻ... എപ്പോഴും ക്ഷേത്ര ദർശനം നടത്താറുണ്ട്... എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പോ ഞാൻ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പോകാറില്ല.... എന്തൊക്കെയോ കാരണം കൊണ്ട് പോകാൻ കഴിയുനില്ല... പരിഹാരം എന്തെകിലും ഉണ്ടോ തിരുമേനി 😞😞😞😞
