About the last house, that's perfect for alligators, they can get a nice meal when the home owners go for a night swim. All the alligators have to do is swim out the canel, climb over the fence/wall and alligators are great at climbing. Then submerge themselves in the pool and wait.

First of all how stupid can they be? Secondly, these houses are not historic at all.
