thanks for mentioning tips like pulling the chin down more and waiting for the ball to reach the head closer before setting. I was wondering what I'm doing wrong and these minor mistakes were the real culprits that were never mentioned in any other setting videos. thanks a lot ❤️🤝

I was teaching a middle schooler at a birthday party and hit all these points save for "armpit space" which I've never considered. I told him that if you didn't touch the ball it should land on his forehead but I never thought of using a beach ball and heading it. I've had a few volleyballs slip through sweaty hands, so embarrassing but at least I'm following form!
