Thanks anyways. All is not lost. I can use the dizzy, harness,manifold rear bracket,pcv hose(hopefully),resistor box,and hardware. to do my conversion. The rest of the stuff hopefully someone else can use it.
Jjjj guys I have a 1989 CRX base and I build the d15b2 engine I rebuilt the block stock and I send the head to bore and polish 3 angle valves job and reshape the head to 10.1 compression and I put in a skunk 2 cam and I put a D16 monifold with b18 injectors and put a real nice emc tune my little engine nice and gd flywheel and clutch gd air filter and others old school small tricks and I change all suspension to illuminum parts I build my with hardly any money junkyard parts and others things and compare to all the craps my was made cheap real cheap and I can say she fly she pull hard from 1800 to 7200 rpm k20 k24 engines in high speed only can see from my CRX is the back lights my is like running a 600r CBR I don't like vtecs they only pull up rpm and k24 or turbos waste of times as well we will come out on 40 miles speed on highways and when I drop my from 3 to 2 gears now we will have a ramble my pull like grazy when I hit 3 she out there pulling and 4 and 5 she become all torquey and fast and her VTEC is her transmission but my VTEC always on from bottom up in reality I will never will change my d block for no other cheap to rebuild and gd on gas maintenance and you have to really fight on the roads to get next to her highway cities side walks allys and that d16z6 you took out is better than the k24 to have fun with the guys k20 k24 b16 make the CRX to feel different change the car engineering and believe me I drive them before from my friends and they even said it doesn't feel the same at all and is the truth they ride my and they don't want to get out of my becouse it feels like a go-kart on steroids fast and sound like a Ferrari I build my own free flow exhaust system sorry to say but you really destroy you CRX all that extra weight and torque don't mean crap to enjoy the car and to win races in the streets and believe me I know I eat them all the time like I said 3 to 2 gears only what she nds in the streets 145 mph all day in the highway and she get there real fast and she want more but I hold her back because is more than enough for me amigo even the new challenger mustangs in the highway stay behind between traffic because she pull from lower rpm to higher rpm like crazy and like I said I have a lower gear transmission I call her VTEC jjjjj 😁 mambo king CCR born on the byouooooo light it up and smoke it jjjj
@@themechanic6117 non vtec? i would more then happy take it off your hands, currently working on a crx, and need to convert it to manual. dont care too much about horse power as it will be a gift later on.
