- Not all of us can drink all the time, right? So Ritual is releasing liquor "alternatives" so that you can still make a cocktail even if you can't have the liquor. Let's find out if it's anywhere near as good as the real deal.

I now live in a Muslim country and I have a hotel/restaurant/bar. This would be something I could sale to the religious people who don’t drink alcohol ✨😎👍

Whiskey is my favourite but I no longer drink anymore. And have been trying to find a good substitute. Have you tried Lyre’s non alcoholic whiskey? Their new one has a peppery taste to imitate the burn. I’m curious to try it. This sounds interesting too. Great video 😊
For someone that can't drink due to a liver issue, it's nice that there is something even close❤

Yeah, don't drink it neat. It's watery and just not right. But in a few cocktails like the Old Fashioned and a Sazerac it works as a nonalcoholic alt.

I just tried this today. And I would give this a 1/10. And the only reason it gets a 1 is because it’s a liquid….. this tastes NOTHING like whiskey. Not even a resemblance. It literally tastes like someone mixed soap and potpourri and steeped it in water and then bottled it. I can respect the fact that they tried, but boy is this off the mark.
"Fake whiskey" is an awful, insulting term for this stuff. "Whiskey" deserves better. Nothing against the idea, although it's acutely not for me, but don't call it something it isn't just so you can leech off the marketing cache of another product. (Don't even get me started on "vegan bacon.")
I guess at least they said that it's a whiskey alternative, which implies it definitely isn't whiskey, but something to use instead.
