1:25 - chef's kiss for the timing, so you recorded the first bit, saved in your head the moment the attire change should occur (the stop sign), put the jacket on, did a 180, another 180 and rode by again
I went "oh god" when you said GC-605. That road is in shambles, and requires good skills to handle in certain places. It does have some *amazing* scenery though, and one of my absolute favorite spot was the one you passed at 6:18 (but didn't stop - sadface). Came down quite late off the mountain, and had to do the GC-605 stretch IN THE DARK. Imagine that. 🤯
@@AndyManCam Yeah that bike looked like it'd eat any road for breakfast! Had a V-Strom on a former trip and it just laughed at any bump. This time around, I went with the XSR700 which was a lot of fun, but not as forgiving on bad roads. 😄
Spectacular roads and scenery - plus some entertaining closed road and way point action, nothing better than riding around in circles to eventually end up in someone's farm yard - we've all been there! 😂
Andy, thanks for.bring along your best adventures. I loved the Norway with your father in law. But these morning rides on grand canaries is fun too. Hello from no snow northern Ontario Canada 😢
Ohh, mate, that was grand! Haven’t seen you throw a wobbly like that since you came back from Scotland on the Yamaha that time! So good to see you making content again :)
Great series of videos… stunning scenery, great humour and ffs… Will you just put your big-boy pants on and chuck that chuffing beeline unit into the sea, and test it for buoyancy at the earliest opportunity!!! Much love! 🤗😱🤣🤣🤣
Ahahahaha! Thanks Adam. I’ve got good news and bad news. The Beeline did accompany me on another trip… But it did act up and finally got binned very shortly after!!
Great vid Andy 👍 I see you speak fluent trucker (with a slight construction accent), but we all identify to those moments, lost in the middle of nowhere, on a very technical road -: I do speak the same language, but with sailor idioms in the same situation, especially with my miss as a pillion 😱)
The bleeping machine got a proper good workout for this one! Amazed I didn’t break it! Still utterly loving the Italian filly. So very enjoyable to ride!
How did your get your helmet over? In your backpack? As special sports luggage? I´m curious, cause i´m heading to GC in April, still thinking of taking my brain protector with me
@@AndyManCam I have registered my Yamaha xt660 with license plate, but wake up this morning with 7 centimeter with nice white Snow ❄️❄️❄️. Good to have your videos instead 😂
More lovely sweeping bends in the Canaries. The riding looks awesome which of course is the point but does the landscape and lack of other road users get a little monotonous? I may be losing my mind and talking shit here :)
Haha! I totally understand what you mean. I reckon on video, it can get a bit repetitive. After all, I’ve had 6 hours of footage to sift through each day! But in real life, it really didn’t ever get boring to look at. The scale and splendor of it were breath taking.

Bingo! 20 minutes of faff for a split second!! 🤣 I’m still amazed that it actually worked! Cheers for the cap doff mate 😚
Schatzi I wish I could have been there with you, to enjoy all the closed roads and building sites, Weltklasse!
It wasn’t the same without you babe.
Andy looses it in the canaries. 😛 loved it 🏆🏆
Cheers Dave! Tantrums in holiday destinations are the future!
Looked like fun 👍
You're never lost, just adventuring 😂
So very true!! Unless you NEVER find your way home. But then you’re just relocating!

In the dark would certainly be ‚interesting‘! Definitely glad i had an Adventure bike to do it on though!!

Ultimately it’s a question of fun, or comfortable fun! Both good 👍🏻!!
Spectacular roads and scenery - plus some entertaining closed road and way point action, nothing better than riding around in circles to eventually end up in someone's farm yard - we've all been there! 😂
Totally! It seems like it’s a rite of passage for all bikers!! 😅

My pleasure Shawn! Thanks for joining! We’ve gone from snow to rain here in northern Germany. 😏
A motorcyclist's paradise, Andy, although parts of that 505 didn't leave much room for error. Great vid.
You’re not wrong there Jim! Eyes on stalks the whole time! Cheers mate!!
Ohh, mate, that was grand!
Haven’t seen you throw a wobbly like that since you came back from Scotland on the Yamaha that time!

Haha! I know! I was seriously cheesed off with that thing!! 🤣
You have made me want to go back now 😂 fantastic thanks 👍
Sorry about that! (Not sorry 😜)

And that Sir is what fun looks like. (Bee-Line to low earth orbit)(lol))
It really is! The beeline got one more chance and accompanied me to Norway again. It’s since been launched into the eBay ether!!

I do like to practice my trucker every once in a while. With little hints of squaddie, learnt from my dads army days!
It is difficult to beat the Canary Islands for winter riding 👍
It really is! There are so many roads to see!!
Ooh. A video for my birthday! Thanks Andy!
And i hope it was a very happy birthday too! 🎂
Great riding, Andy!! I'm feeling the winter blues, and this video lightens this up a bit!
Thanks! I’m very happy to hear the winter blues are being helped a little! 💪🏻🙌🏻
What an absolute joy! Loved the GC-605 so much!
And the small mountain roads are fabulous.
Thank you for the video. Makes me wanna go back again.
My pleasure entirely mate!! Really glad you’re enjoying it and wanting to go back is exactly what i want to do aswell!!
Wow I could live there .
We’ll be nice 👍
Very easy to imagine, isn’t it!
👍 Many thanks for another great video
My pleasure entirely! Thanks for coming along again!
Glad I'm not the only sweary man, when on a bike or in a car Andy, another great vid
TBH, it doesn’t even really require a bike or a car! Guess you can’t train it out of an army kid! Cheers dad! 😂
Dont forget to check your indicators are off after every corner !!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Excellent video 🙂
You see it too, he is working on it. haha
I know, i know! It’s a sickness and I’m trying my hardest!! 😅
Good to see your sat nav is still working good 😂👍
60% of the time, it works all the time!
Ohh I freaking love that song!!!
Happy to help!!
Tschuss ☕👌 Andy
🙌🏻👍🏻💪🏻
Ooo matron, first thing 😂
Oooo, you saucy sausage!
That 'she said' joke went from R-rated to X...
Nice vid. As always.
Haha! It did go downhill pretty fast! 😅 cheers mate!
Another great video Andy, amazing roads and scenery 👍 keep up the great work.
Thanks very much Martyn!
Nice to see the bleeping out machine still works 😂 And just a question how you getting on with your Italian exotica 🤔
The bleeping machine got a proper good workout for this one! Amazed I didn’t break it! Still utterly loving the Italian filly. So very enjoyable to ride!
It’s a great engine, same in my Multi V2S..best place to be in Winter.
Cracker of a motor. Needs a better pipe on the desert x though!
I was thinking about getting a beeline, don't think I will bother now 😅
I’m afraid i can’t in good faith recommend one!! 😅
Hi Andy another top vid, need some sun myself now 👍👌
Thank you kindly! Don’t we all mate! Vitamin D levels are in negative numbers!!
That's more of a workout than going to the gym.!
You’re not wrong!! I was certainly huffing and puffing by the end!!
@@AndyManCam I was huffing and puffing watching you.!🥴,
@stevesteve1965. 😮💨
Amazing :)
Thanks very much Michael!
Muy buen!
¡Muchas gracias, señor Ahumado!
Great video. Scenery astounding. Are you on a DesertX? If so, is it as good as it looks? ATVB
Cheers Gary! Yes it’s a Desert X and i really loved it. Fantastically rewarding bike to ride.
I want to go 🤓 little far though from here. 😎🏍💨💨💨💨💨👍🏻🇨🇦🍻
It is great but yes, it is far!!
How did your get your helmet over? In your backpack? As special sports luggage? I´m curious, cause i´m heading to GC in April, still thinking of taking my brain protector with me
I just carried it on as hand luggage. In its own helmet bag, of course. Stuffed my gloves and a sandwich in, to make it feel more like luggage! 😜
@@AndyManCam "No, its not a helmet sir, its my lunch bag!" Thx, ill try that as well!
@Mobike75 Exactly!! Just got to sell it with conviction!
Im 6.4. and looking for a good bike for my legs 😂.
How is the desertx.
Best whishes from cold Norway 😊
It was good. But the Aprilia Tuareg 660 is better and my old KTM 1090 ADV with the high seat was even better still!!
@@AndyManCam I'm going to Ducati road show in Bergen Norway in April. Have to test it.
Been looking for a tuareg too.
Difficult
@@AndyManCam I have registered my Yamaha xt660 with license plate, but wake up this morning with 7 centimeter with nice white Snow ❄️❄️❄️.
Good to have your videos instead 😂
@eivinherfindal6658 Ouch!! That’s annoying!! Happy to help, but hopefully the snow won’t hang around too long!!
@eivinherfindal6658 have fun! I can imagine Aprilias are difficult to get hold of up there. Shame really, it’s such a great bike.
Out of interest, what tyres were on the Ducati ?
Dunlop Trailmax Meridians.
Andy showing that he is a closet S-Club fan... or was it always out in the open? ;) :D
You do realise that by engaging, you’ve also outed yourself!? 😜
@@AndyManCam Except, as you know, I'm too old for that to be a possibility! ;)
@mattmutane5502 I’ll believe you, thousands wouldn’t!

It’s not a proper Andy trip unless there’s a u-turn or 10
It’s a well known fact! 🤣
I have to figure out a way to ride there! Stunning 😍 That Beeline thing would give me a break down! 😵💫😂
That’s easy! Book a flight and go from there!! 😉
@@AndyManCam Are you offering assistance? 💵🤪😂
Haha! Sadly no. You got me there! If only the flights could be paid for with good vibes and a smile!
It’s a great engine, same in my Multi V2S..best place to be in Winter.
Couldn’t agree more. Very enjoyable and useable power plant. 💪🏻
