Ainz as Momon is the Blue Rose's junior in the Adventurer profession, and keeping Blue Rose alive means being able to call in a favor from them if he ever needs to boost Momon's rep further. What's more, Evileye is practically the president of Momon's fan club so keeping HER alive in particular means free PR. Ainz is a utilitarian so he'll definitely think twice before discarding useful tools. I dont doubt that Ainz would kill Evileye without hesitation if there really is no other choice, but we also have to take into consideration the author's feelings. Maruyama has made an ENTIRE side story revolving Ainz and Evileye doing goofy adventures together. I doubt he's in a hurry to kill her off any time soon lol
