If Newcastle becomes meta then Maggie basically gets a buff, and I’ll enjoy every second of people subjecting their teammates to a fire laser by throwing a portable drill attach wall, not to mention… you could combine the two on your team to have your own moving fire wall that breaks doors

It works on new castles moving wall but not in his knockdown wall, which it should, and no it does not break
@@stephanen4939 it doesnt work on normal knockdowns so it makes sense to not work on his. Plus, he can just cancel the revive to remove the drill and start reviving right away. If hes close to finishing the revive he doesnt need to let the shield down since the moment the teammate is revived the drill will dissapear and not knock down the freshly revived teammate again.
just turn the shield though also why not go to the other side of the barricade?

True lifeline needs buff on her ult but Newcastle is not supporte legend his a defense legend that's why apex player's will start talking about nerfs for him they just not use to this type of legends and Don't talk about Gibby cuz he has airstrike and caustic has his gas they both have ability that dmg the emmy's
They need give the Support class a faster revive like Gibby in dome and they revive teammates with one shield cell. I think the heal spawn decrease is a indirect buff to the both of them but idk if or what would be enough to bring LL into pro play
They work hella well together tho
@Certified Big Dog no his not play him and see for yourself and he can stun 3 time and the stunning effect will go.u can't use a shield when u revive if u didn't pick up one finally he doesn't shoot throw his shield u may need to test him first

The Apex Legends Mobile exclusive legend is called Fade, also known as the “Phasing Punisher.”
Passive - Slipstream - You can gain a short movement speed boost at the end of the slide.
Tactical - Flash Back - Go back to where you were a while ago from the Void.
Ultimate - Phase Chamber - Release a phase cage to send all Legends within range into the Void

you can leap vertically using his ult,(your friend on roof and you on floor), as long within 75 meter
PSA: You can turn Newcastles Ultima before you land. You can use it to run away and deploy cover at the same time OR jump over someone and turn and get a better angle. It's also HELLA fast cooldown as well.

fighting spetres again warms my heart
The Newcastle ultimate has a distance of upto 70m if you lock on to your teammate
You can finish the spectres when they have low hp to save batteries.
Kandy's notification is the best
a good strat with his tac might be to have your teammate toss a arc on it while its by the enemy then have it move in to hurt them
You can finish specters too when they’re on low health btw

@@elliottdexter3690 yeah I found out while messing around, he has a shoulder bash and a headbutt melee
Feel like newcastle is also pretty bonkers indoor, you can literraly create a wall in any room with your ult that the enemy can't easily come close because of the stun. Caustic can also put barrels behind the wall to make it even worst if enemy wants cross the wall for attack or chase.
Newcastle is going to be a nightmare to play against, and I can see him become a vital pick in high tier ranked.
I think rn bloodhound, gibby and valk are too good to be replaced. But valk is probably going to be nerfed when her heirloom releases this season, so she probably will not be a top pick for long.
@@aduckonaplane3816 Literally impossible. Every game that has these "heirloom" type skins almost always give the character a buff along with its release.

Wait, I’ve revived team mates while I have a gold shield and it always blocks as blue. Is that a bug or my the person you’re reviving supposed to have the shield.

Something really funny with this season is that the new loading screen shows the giant monster and the description says its meat goes for sale as "rare meat" and "lobster"
You can finish the spectres in the vault thing. Idk if it counts for finishers tho

I like the idea behind his abilities, but they need some work for sure to make them more intuitive and user friendly. Kind of like Wattson. And it took forever to get her abilities in a better place.

If you lock on to a teammate the ult can go much further
his tackle is based on your knockdown shield of its hp
They should buff the speed of the redirect shield or keep the speed as it is and buff the duration

Another cool touch is that you get your own bin after you finish the armory. Dont have to worry about anyone taking your loot.

Unfortunately, his shield is weaker and doesn't protect from airstrip, so I don't really see that happening.
New castle is basically a reworked buffed lifeline

I'm guessing that Newcastles heirloom will be a sword because he is like a knight
I have played New Castle and he seems very strong and situationally stronger than gibby and I feel like lifeline and New Castle fill different niches but he seems like a B or C teir as of right now. What makes a legend strong is how aggressive a legends kit is and with how slow his tactical is rly takes away a lot of its “aggressiveness” but when u fight a 1 on 1 with a new castle and he has is Shield out you are fighting on his terms which can make him situationally rly strong. His ult is very good for taking space and holding it but with Ashe and Pathfinder or even wraith it kinda loses its power because u can become stranded. And his passive is superrrr situational and I prefer lifelines ngl but it is very unique and cool to say the least. If I were to make changes I would buff the movement speed of his tactical because that thing is sooooo slow and I would nerf his tactical health to maybe 300 or 275. I don’t see too much wrong with his ult ngl maybe increase the distance. His passive seems pretty good but it’s rly his tactical “unagressiveness” that rly holds him back. But I will 100 percent be playing a lot of him. His fortified is very nice but idk if I would prefer him over gibi. The interactions between Bangalore and New Castle are veryyyyy similar to me and my sister I just didn’t abandon her 😂 but the unique finisher was suchhhh a good touch overall imo B-C teir in strength A-B teir for fun
highly agree with a majority of this here for sure. his abilities seem to bring him to a more b-c tier of a legend, and IN MY OPINION I think he will die out fairly fast like ash and Maggie both have. The newer legends they are adding have shit ass abilities and are just all round garbage and nearly pointless with some of the other legends. Not to mention newcastles Ult seems like it’s pulling you away from your team and throwing you out into the open alone with your “castle fort” to protect you 😂 I just don’t get it lol
I would say Gibby is still stronger. If you are really good with him then his gun shield is just a broken feature. His bubbles are really nice and provide good fighting if you can bubble fight. And his ultimate actually deals damage as well as helps with opening rotation abilities and various other things in end games for big tourneys. Gibby Ult is big tourney end game.

@@tyworley5687 I have played Gibi since the game launched and I 100% agree with you because gibi is very versatile being able to be aggressive passive or defensive with his bubbles but New castle rly seems to be only defensive because of his tactical speed and I feel like he is out classed by rampart for locking down a building but who knows what he will be because he just got added
I feel that agresiveness isnt as important in apex as it used to be. Out of the 3 most meta legends right now: bloodhound, gibby and valk, 2 of them are op because of their exceptionally good ability to defend or disengage, both of which are opposites to agresiveness. Also, i'd say his passive can be better than lifeline's in mid range fights which is where most apex fights are at, because most enemies will try to kill a downed player if they dont have the ability to push you before your teammate is revived. If your teammate is out of cover and downed, lifeline cant do much, but newcastle can very easily get them to cover and revive at the same time. Its also exceptional at long ranges in sniper battles for the same reason, since 1 headshot on a downed teammate means death for the most part. Lifeline does have her moments where she shines, but reviving a teammate with lifeline passive will almost always get them killed if the enemy is nearby.

i am once again asking for assistance, i started the game after he update and now it runs at 10 FPS it used to run at 144 I don't know what to do

Kandy check out the revive speed on Newcastle. Friend and I tested it out and it seems to be faster than everybody else. Everybody clocks in around 7 seconds while Newcastle seems to do it between 5 and a half to 6 seconds.
Also if you use his ultimate before you land if you aim in a direction you can change how you deploy your wall. We had a team right below use but we couldnt shoot at them because of a over hang. So i used his ult to jump down and spun 180 degrees to set up the wall to face them. Surprised them to say the least.
All legends have a 5 second revive speed, only exception being Gibraltar's bubble, that's slightly faster
@@youtubewanderer3347 really only 5 seconds. I thought we tested it pretty thoroughly. But maybe there were mistakes. We started the timer when the bar showed up and stopped it when the person was up and able to move.
Uh oh I can see the Newcastle, Gibby, Rampart teams being crazy maybe even throw in a Caustic somewhere. Gonna be toxic but I’m here for it
