I've built a deck on the house, a floating deck off the garage, put in 12 huge flower beds, built a 14X18 shed with a pitched roof, windows, 2 doors and electricity run to it, put in new vinyl throughout the house, all new blinds, painted, put up shelves in the basement and a million other things. Oh and I upgraded it from a 60 amp service to 200 so my landlady loves me.

The landlord said, "I know we did that. We won't charge you for that." Then he charged me for it when I left. I should have gotten it in writing.
