Don't mind i did not like the bahubali VFX effects I expected it to be far better.. a movie like Raone had better VFX ages ago shows that more visual thinking and better budget can bring about this change ..during AVTAR James Cameron had to delay his project because the technology was nascent and had not evolved so it is the vision of the artist and director who can bring about this change and also largely depends on budget of the project..

I guess they don't want to empty their pockets more so they used unreal engine 5. I saw some scenes from The Jungle Book and Dark Asgard in this movie.

Why Bollywood Films have Bad VFX? SIMPLE ANSWER: We don't put enough effort on vfx. Its always the actors who take the lion share of the movie budget. Hollywood has always surpassed in not just making good movies in action/vfx category but also in drama, Romance, Horror, comedy and animation genere because it has talents from the entire world. We Indian tends to think we are far superior but its just stupidity and arrogance. Thinking we can produce their level of cinema is confident and humble but saying we can produce far better than Hollywood is showing arrogance. We almost owe every bit of technology from them. And they are hardworking in inventing and modifying carfts. The movies like Gravity and Avengers and PIxars animations are not just excel in vfx/animation but aso in storytelling with crisp script. we just steal their technology most of time. Even coming to their parallels will take decades let alone surpassing them with their A list movies.
