We were hiking the slim shady early April and wished I was riding . The trails are perfect text book mountian bike material . Thank you for sharing your video

I'm so glad to see you back on the bike and getting better. In an attempt to provide encouragement - At age 29 I had a cardiac arrest b/c of a medication F*up and experienced a cardiac arrest where I received 69 minutes of CPR and 2.5 hrs of cardiac bypass, and, have been on beta blockers ever since... but, at 45 , I'm in the best shape of my life, have been enjoying your videos, biking every chance I can, and am the head coach for a NICA team (that I founded) where my star athlete is my 15 year old daughter. You can do this!

My wife and I are looking forward to Red dirt at cuyuna mountain bike trail in Crosby Minnesota. It's an absolute gorgeous place to park an RV for the weekend. She's a nurse so we can only go every other weekend, part of being married to a nurse. We both understand your situation and it looks like you're recovery is well on its way. I wish you guys the best have a great summer.

Good to see you getting back out there. We rode Sedona for the first time in February. Did some of the same trails based on where we were staying. Being from Michigan, was so fun seeing different stuff. Sedona lived up to the hype. Cant wait to get back.
