Incidental 70, one of the over 70 incidentals living in Bikini Bottom, started his life with a gag that rings through the ears of millions to this very day. While Fred and Incidental 40 may be more iconic and farther-reaching, there’s just something about Incidental 70 that hits different.
I love Incidental 70 like a son. He brings me a level of joy that can hardly be contained in a 26 minute long video. But not all episodes of Spongebob treat him with the respect, nay, the reverence that he deserves. So I'm going to rank all 12 of his appearances across the Spongebob franchise. But I'm not just going to rank them by quality, but also by their use of my special little guy.

Incidental 70 always stood out to me, his design was weird but also interesting. He looks like he could be a character from a different show, maybe even Smiling Friends.

Incidental 70 appears in the sunset scene, he's the same color as the beach so you can barely notice him
+ Too bad you didn't count the patrick star show, he appears wearing a t-shirt with a 70 on it in Just in Time for Christmas and has a speaking role in Shrinking Stars... he says hello and it's ran over instantly but he waves his hand

I know it's small, but he mentioned how fatherly Mr. Krabs sounded early on. It made me sad what they did to his character. He was greedy, yes, but he was also a dad, a small business owner, a war vet, and had hobbies outside of work.
In later seasons, Mr. Krabs is either a hopeless romantic or so greedy to the point he is being sadistic. He is no longer just a cheap boss who makes questionable choices for money. He is greed incarnate and so cheap that he is a villain.
But enough Nostalgia for me lol

they gave them both this really weird under bite in certain shots and its so weird looking and just wasnt there in the older seasons

i don’t know why incidental 70 just has a godly aurora around him, he is amazing beyond words, nay, human thought and expression. trying to describe why i love this goober’s presence is tethered to the limits and boundaries of human language. he is 4 parallel universes ahead of us, and we will never be able to express his love with our puny, pathetic symbols and voices. no, his mere existence is beyond all of that.

17:45 I’ve always assumed that Squidward, being smarter than everyone else, always knew what Christmas was (alongside other holidays like Easter) he’s just an annoying grinch who doesn’t want to celebrate. If he actually wanted to make an impact he could’ve introduced Christmas before SpongeBob did, but he was too selfish.
