I love the video game art. I like that it stays true to it's original pixelated graphics too. I love that there is a large variety of art styles across the cards and not just a single art style like in other TCGS.

    Love your content!
Just got into FFTCG, after watching this video I got a box of Opus IX for Christmas and I pulled a full art Gabranth! Buzzing!

Idk, I kinda like some of the video game art on occasion. It's super nostalgic. And I thought the Rinoa card art was fine. Just a little unoriginal. But I'm ok with that in a game where they will have multiple versions of the same final fantasy character. If you don't like 1 version, there will be 3 others lol.

How do you order by the case? Most I can get is a booster box

Honestly wish they had more original art. The screenshots from the games look awful when not in motion.

Great video! I saw your recommendation at the beginning, but I do worry about opening the packs from the middle. I wonder if increases the chance of bending the card. I’ve been ripping sports trading card packs for 20+ years and opening from the top with care might be the better way to go. It may not be an issue for you, but I wanted to put it out there for your viewers.

I actually used scissors exclusively in the past, some of my earlier videos I still use my beloved purple baby scissors. I'm curious to know more about your stance though, why do you think opening from the middle is more dangerous than from the top?
When I use the pull tabs, I feel like I'm pressing against the corner of the card where the tab is located when I rip down. Opening from the middle and pulling out, I'm putting no pressure on the edges of the cards, which is why I do it. I haven't noticed any damage caused by this, so I stuck with it instead of just going back to the scissors.
I've actually kind of dinged up cards ripping from the top back in my MTG days, which is why I never do it anymore. It's also possible that I'm an uncoordinated idiot I suppose!

FFTCG Authority it’s mainly because of the pressure you might put on the middle of the cards with your thumb when opening. I worry about bending them at that pressure point. These foil packs are fairly easy to rip, so it may not be that pressing, but I’ve opened sports card wax in the past that took a stupid amount of force to open.

Hey I was wondering whether promos are tournament promos are hard to get from a player perspective

      And a collector perspective

The prize promos at LGS events are typically not very hard to get at all. If you're a regular player, you'll often get multiple copies of them. The event giveaway promos (such as A-series cards) are often quite rare and very difficult to get. So these are highly collectible.

Nael is a pretty lackluster box topper. Kind of wish they had a more iconic character.

Guess they don’t wanna lean too heavily on already known characters.
