69 YEAR OLD BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU BLACK BELT PROMOTION! (VLOG)

I started bjj at age 63, now 67 (Covid-19 delayed one year training). One year Blue belt now. I take BJJ as my life long fitness sport and also as an art to study. I have a lot of fun in doing so, three times training a week. Keep me healthy and happy, very positive life style. Never felt too old to start BJJ. By the way, I had involved in lot of sport activities including many martial arts disciplines; BJJ now is my best loved art. My goal is: to achieve a best black belt knowledges & do my best to promote the sport of art (I do not chase for belt but the true knowledge of its science & Art).

Started BJJ with my dad 5 and half years ago he is now a 52-year old purple belt. To all the older dudes out there wanting to start any martial art but think you're too old now, you're not!
