after watching dozens of comparison videos I can finally see the key difference. The X8 has the jitters when recording video while moving the drone. That's a game changer for me. The Mavic is smooth.
A very very beautiful video!! This video made me feel more confident about my just ordered Fimi x8. May be your pro hands and flying made it look soo close to DJI Mavic Pro.
Just in case anyone doesn’t know still the fimi x8 se and the original mavic 1 both use the same Sony camera and gimbal. Lol. So the footage should look very similar the differences are due to the software.
And the problem here is that fimi software is getting outdated, they are starting to have serious issues with it, I read somewhere that its older brother Mi 4k app, is not longer compatible with new phones and the app is not going to be updated anymore... same with firmware, I hope they improve fimi´s camera, before they stop its production or something
Finally, this is the video ive been wanting for a long time. So, which is better in your opinion? Fimi or mavic pro?. I see the fimi footage is darker. The mavic white balance is better. Make another one, fimi vs mavic but this time set both camera in the best settings you can and post process each. Lets see who comes out on top.
Mavic pro is better..but i can say that with cheaper price fimi give amazing quality for video, you can check my other drone video for fimi footage..if you dont have problem with budget for buying drone, DJI is still the best option

the real footage is not jitter, i dont know why it show jitter after editing, maybe i was wrong in set the frame rate of my video
