Like Ive been saying for a few weeks there was a reason Pyne was on his 3rd football team in 5 years. A reason why he lost his job twice before. And that the only reason he was on this roster was b/c Horn had tommy johns surgery. Im so glad all the Pyne truthers got to see their "savior" play on Saturday and realize "oh wait, maybe I do actually like Brady at QB". Though I will say i will guve him props for leading two drives that got points, and for taking some vicious hits by the Auburn defense. Aldo anyone kinda feel like this is this years rallying point. Had the same type of vibe as 2023 Kstate. And SEC lengends have plenty of tigers to choose from Drew Lock, Michael Sam, Henry Jose, Albert O, Mitch Morse, Justin Britt, LaDamian Washington, Sheldon Rankins, James Franklin etc
I'm frustrated by the one statistic no one talks about with our passing game...cook has a 42% completion rate on passes with 10+ air yds. ESPN put this stat up during game play Q1 at 13:17 This is the 2nd LOWEST in the SEC
It just seems to me he doesn't go through his progressions and can't complete complex doefield passes. And yes some of this is on the receivers but we don't attempt these passes very often
Do not knock the comebacks. I just heard a stat that since joining the SEC we lead the SEC in comebacks of 14+ points down. We have 6 since 2012. So we have one on average every other year!
@@maggiejohnson6570 I'm saying that Cook is serviceable QB and that there is unfortunately no one on the roster good enough to replace him. It'd be nice if our OLiine finally got it together as well.
@@KCSNMizzou Unfortunately not at QB. They have a 4/5 star kid (with a broken ankle) coming in next year but they need to get someone in the portal this offseason.
If the defense plays better than they did against the aggies, and we get the 2023 version of Brady Cook, Mizzou can definitely win this game. However, I don't think we'll ever see that version of Cook again.

Thanks y’all. Covering MIZ has to be more exciting than covering KU this year.

Yes, someone else needs to be the QB. Unfortunately that QB is not currently on the roster.
@@KaiLastOfTheBrunnen-G they’ve been recruiting well!
So what you’re saying is… no one else on the roster should be QB other than Cook?

They can Do it, but they absolutely CAN NOT fall behind schedule like they did A&M game or else they are toast.

Mizzou can win but it will take last year’s team effort. If they play with this year’s effort they will lose by at least 2 TD’s. MIZ!
