Why do you have to test with multimeter connections, probably you don't understand any of those readings.. And most of all, soldering on top of a microchip is a big mistake, those chips does not like heat. And that chip you were soldering is a "crack" chip, all pirate games works with that. So the main title supposed to be cracking a Playstation, instruction from TH-cam.

I love to see their dedication to each of the projects. I suspect that some of the components are new and not restored. Electronic devices don't fare well with water... However, it's genuinely enjoyable to watch!!
Да, так и есть. Берется исправная консоль, уделывается говном, потом отмывается и вуаля, я великий реставратор. Сколько видел подобного, в говне по самые уши, но корпуса целые, все внутри рабочее, тут в жизни такого не попадается в идеале, вечно там трещина, здесь скол. Топорная работа.
