Favorite tool is 5:40 and makes a great look with chilled fish salad stuffed in the cucumber peel tubes, and coils as a veggie salad garnish or floating on top of tomato soup. Works on soft-boiled whole potatoes to make fried potato curls too! Great videos!

Life Hack #1 for first gadjick - Maintain the root of the onyo when you chop the onyo, breaking the root starts the tear up effects.
Life Hack #2 - for first gadjick - Have a cup full of water next to your board as you chop your onyo, it prevents the onyo from making you tear up.
Gadjick 2- Use a pairing knife
Gadjick 3 - You used the gadjick with the onyo against the grain a bunch of times.
