My Small suggestion as a railfan is you Can try Kollam - Punalur Sengottai Railway Route in 16102 Kollam - Chennai Mail, a wonderful route situated in the heart of the western ghats..even though it is electrified it will be wonderful and many Arch Bridges will be there including the Famous 13 Kannara Palam between Tenmalai and Kazthuruthy!

அருமை.2003-2008 பந்தலூர் -ல் வேலை பார்த்த போது பரபரப்பாக இதே ரயில் ரூட்டில் பலமுறை சென்று வந்திருக்கின்றேன். இன்று இவ்வளவு அழகான ரூட்டில் பயணம் செய்ததை நினைக்கும் போது பசுமை நினைவுகள் வந்து போகின்றன. கன்னியாகுமரி எனது மாவட்டம்.

Yes, the teak trees have been cut all over the rail route but still the greenery of Kerala was evident. In the Shoranur to Nilambur section the stations have some connection with my family. My wife MANGALA’s father AS Krishna Iyer hailed from Angadipuram which now has a large railway station. Krishna Iyer’s younger brother’s daughters are now living in their ancestral house there. My Kozhikode chithappa’s son Ganesan is married to Shanthi from Nilambur. Shanthi and Ganesan live now in Dubai. Coimbatore Industrialist Mahalingam’s right hand man who never came into the limelight was ‘ABT’ VNS Sharma. ABT grew well under Sharma’s strategy those days. Sharma hailed from Vadanakurissi which is also on this route. Melattur is near Manjeri. My mother was born and grew up at Manjeri. My family has great connection with these places. Earlier to you, a few South Indian vloggers and few North Indians too had made detailed videos on this rail route before the trees were cut. By the way your video with Rishi at the Dumont Creamery of NSR Road CBE was very nice. Various dessert items on a platter is itself a new style of serving. I do recall seeing yours and Rohan’s CBE to Mangalore train and your Kozhikode videos. Kozhikode is my father’s side ancestral place where we had a palatial house long ago.I did my college study at Malabar Christian College in Kozhikode. Go ahead, good going so far.
