    Please make more videos! Even if the bike also, there is barely anything online currently about these. Mine should be here in 3 weeks

      Hi, thanks for the interest. I don't have a lot of time to commit to doing stuff here, just put the basic vids up a while back, and they did get some interest. I agree, there's not a lot out there. And, I have bought an Ultra Bee recently that I'm using more than the Jet at the moment.
      Keep your expectations in the 'fun bike' category for the Jet, and it will likely give you a lot of enjoyment. It's not a Stark, nor Surron, but it does a bunch of stuff "good enough" and I still say is a great value 'bang for buck', entry level motorbike. I'll follow your channel, and watch for news on yours. When I do get a chance, I'll put some more video here. Most importantly, enjoy your riding✊️

    Does this bike has a real wet clutch? So you could do a clutch up?

    • @gavindobson6077
      @gavindobson6077  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, it does. NOTE: The advice from the manufacturers is to use the clutch only to change gear, not to modulate power. I had no problems with the gear box or clutch during the time I had the Admit. Thanks for the question, and enjoy your riding👍

      @@gavindobson6077 Does admitjet has clutch with it metal and friction plates and immersed in oil? I use clutch a lot to modulate power delivery, at curves to come out smooth, to wheelie over obstacles or lose rocks etc... I am looking to have a electric bike with a real wet clutch that in a emergency I can just pull the clutch and stop power to the wheels... I own sur ron and arctic leopard and Zero Fx but this industry needs to come up with a wet clutch system.

      @painmad You have a range of fun bikes😊 It's interesting why there are not more clutch bikes isn't it? All I am told is the Admit clutch is not intended to be used the way we 'normally' would. Just for changing gears only. I did use some light modulation the way you described, but was paranoid to really abuse the clutch/gearbox. As mentioned, I had no issues with the bike while I had it *Note: I now use an Ultra Bee and am finding the lighter weight and upgrade options a better fit for my use. Cheers ✊️

      @@gavindobson6077 Sorry to bother you again, but is OK to abuse using clutch to achieve the Zap and double blips... if there's clutch parts to buy, is simple to change plates like any dirt bikes... Anyway, where's your contacts to Admit Jet? I will ask them... THX Stak Varg is coming in october 2024 for me... but I would take a ebike w real clutch instead... Power is nothing without control!

      @painmad for sure, I agree. If I had kept the bike, I would have expected to require some clutch services or possibly gear box damage. If so, I understand the components are not expensive, relatively.
      I purchased mine through AliBaba, x.alibaba.com/AwLh9z?ck=minisite
      With the existing bikes you already have, and the fact you have a Stark pending, it's possible the Admit isn't going to be the bike you expect, but always nice to have an extra option right!?!? Whatever you use, enjoy your rides✊️

      I'm still doing evaluation/shake down, but I can confirm I have not had the 'cut out' issues others have reported.
      I'll update some further videos and info here, I'm not a You Tube expert, so they'll just be basic 👍

      @Ebbrush3 I tottaly get that, I was in the same category, did a lot of research prior to the purchase.
      If you're looking for a fun, easy to ride trail bike, this could be the right fit.
      Range? Is realistically around 30-35k's doing the type of ride shown here, and about a bit over an hour or so.
      If lower intensity, range will be longer, as per any electric bike.

      I wanna see a real range on this kind of real riding, all the other videos just give manufactures spec

    • @Jitkoa1
      @Jitkoa1 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm aware of that! On a ride like the one in your video it should last definitely longer (50-60km). 30km per hour is the average I ride on my gas bike the last 150h. So it means one hour of enduro riding. Hope it could be a bit more.
      Does the gearing make any difference? Do you any shifts or ride just in one gear?

    • @gavindobson6077
      @gavindobson6077  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Jitkoa1It can be left in gear (eg 3rd) and it's still responsive in this type of riding.
      I'm still getting used to the fact that it can't be 'stalled' which is really noticeable in slow, tight trails, ie, one less thing to think about👌
