The "rubbish" you speak about is what is coming out of your mouth. This is my art. I used it in LIVE, ACTIVE REAL LIFE situations... weapons disarming, grappling.. all of it. All you are seeing is what only the public is allowed, even though Hokama Sensei did divulge a few gems. But with your shallow mindset and understanding, you miss out. But it's better that you lack understanding, because you would not know how to use this. It would be equal to throwing away the finest foods to the dogs.
