Love how you said it’s an itch you feel you want to listen to- 100% understand that… so nice to see the stages of your doll-making & the crafting all coming together:) many gentle hugs and cheering you on . Love, Mimi

Love what you are doing. The paper carrier bags are good to give buyers of your dolls. This is what we use at craft hairs and people seem to like the bags, and is saves all the extra work of packing. Keep stitching. Your work I'd lovely. Regards

Thanks for your feedback, that’s so helpful! I actually managed to buy some from the stationary shop in our town this week! Such a lucky find!!

Isn't it lovely when we're gentle with ourselves and then surprise ourselves with what we manage? I'm so looking forward to seeing the little clothes for your little people. I had my first craft fair yesterday, and while I didn't sell a lot (just a little, I think I was a bit out of place) as someone who has only sold online it was special to see people's reactions in real time. The bigger one is next weekend, so we'll see.
I did run out of time and had to make some last minute edits and simplifications just to get things done, but while I struggle with compromising my "vision" it was really ok, and actually I think one of the items was better for it in the end.
You've got such good insight and carefulness with your mind and heart and health, so I'm sure, taking it moment by moment, you'll arrive at the right decision for you about whether to go ahead. At times like ths it helps me to gently remind myself that the stakes are rarely as high as they seem in my mind and that nothing is wasted. Sending love!!

I’m behind on watching so not even sure if the craft fair has passed. I wanted to suggest maybe take the two dolls you’ve made (and maybe even one or two of the children’s) and some clothing pieces and show them as samples of what you can make. Customers could then place an order. Maybe not as good as walking away with a doll in hand, but it would get you to the fair to answer your curiosity and establish your presence in the village for future purchases.

Okay Fran I actually need to comment because I have been watching all your Vlogmases for the past few days and they have been a little haven of peace during these harsh pre-winter days. I find your voice so soothing, and your whole posture so raw and true and it just feels like we're friends and it feels like oldschool youtube, you know? As it turns out, you were one of the people who inspired me to do a youtube of my own because of how simple and humane you make yours. (In the best way) Anyways. I am so glad your doctor's appointment went well. I am very grateful for your openness talking about your mental health. I adore your bears ! And the other day you were talking about the branding of your dolls and bears. Maybe WoolenHearted could be your overall brand, and Woolen Folks could be a product name, derived from the brand WoolenHearted? And then both can coexist, on a same insta, etc etc :) But do as you please. OF COURSE :) Also I have a question : I sew little mice (inspired from the maileg mice). Would you recommend presewing like you did before cutting them out? Have a lovely evening ❤ And thank you for everything you share and the warmth and comfort you bring me ❤
