    One question, can I add casita later?

      You can have a storage building in the back yard. As for a mother in-law suite I am working to confirm that.       This is the response I got from the HOA company.
      "Unfortunately, the request is not permissible according to the CC&R guidelines.
      OCCUPANCY. Other than the completed principle dwelling, no other structure on a Lot may be occupied as a residence at any time by any person. This provision applies, without limitation, to the garage, mobile homes, campers and storage sheds."
      If you are meaning a casita for a pool house that would be a different item from what this response is I believe. If you would talk about more feel free to reach out.

      I was going to add a casita as a guest house in case I get my parents or children coming from CA. Thank you for replying.

      @@jkim4712 It could be a different story if it was attached to the house be a roof line. Meaning you might be able to have a breeze way connecting the two. Let me know if you are are open to this?
