The marble tiles are nice (but slippery when wet!) I would have gone with the light gray matte tiles. On the first floor, I would have preferred to have metal frames on the tall glass window horizontally, for extra security from outside intruders!
That kind of house should command a beautiful closet, not some typical $120,000 home closet. The floor is weak, and the architect should find a different skill.
