中環界隈を中心にスナップした動画と写真です。
【鴨巴甸街】
アバディーンストリート、南側は堅道、北側は皇后大道中まで続く坂道です。
皇后大道中とウェリントン街の間は階段になっています。
【士丹頓街 88號】
1951年に建てられた第4世代の唐楼です。
綺麗にリノベされています。
裏側にある円形の小さなベランダが特徴的です。
建物の管理会社による「唐楼体験館」にもなっているようです。
不動産屋さんの情報ページを見ると内部もかなり良い感じで仕上がってました。
3階のアパートの家賃は中々にお高いです。（香港では普通？）
GFは店舗用スペースですが、まだ入居者は決まっていないようです。
【永利街】
永利街の唐楼群も1951～53年に建てられた第4世代の唐楼です。
GFは店舗、事務所などで利用されています。
上階はアパートになっています。
当初、市区重建局は取り壊しを検討しましたが、市民の反対により解体を中止、現在の形にリノベされました。
カフェなどもあり、とても静かな一角です。
【華賢坊西】
士丹頓街 88號、永利街と同じようなコンセプトでリノベされた唐楼です。
まだ入居している感じはありませんでした。
【太子臺】
古そうな階段や道路が独特な雰囲気で、何となく気に行ってます。
私道のようですが、通り抜けは出来ます。
あまり詳しい情報は有りません。
【永和號】
1880年に建てられた香港最古の第一世代唐楼で、第一級歴史的建造物指定のたてものです。
2008年まで食料品店として営業していました。
「金字雙筒雙瓦式」という瓦ぶきの三角屋根が特徴です。
現在は修復工事中ですが、2025年には公開されるようで、とても楽しみです。

[Aberdeen Street]
A slope that runs from Aberdeen Street to Caine Road on the south side and to Queen's Road Central on the north side.
There are stairs between Queen's Road Central and Wellington Street.
[No. 88, Staunton Street]
This is a fourth-generation Tang Lou built in 1951.
It has been beautifully renovated.
The small circular balcony on the back is a distinctive feature.
It seems to have also been turned into a "Tong Lau Experience Centre" by the building's management company.
Looking at the real estate agent's information page, the interior looks pretty nice.
The rent for the apartment on the third floor is quite high. (Is this normal in Hong Kong?)
The ground floor is a retail space, but it seems that no tenant has been decided yet.
[Wing Lee Street]
The Tong Laus on Wing Lee Street are also fourth-generation tong houses built between 1951 and 1953.
The ground floors are used for shops and offices.
The upper floors are apartments.
The Urban Renewal Authority initially considered demolishing them, but after opposition from residents, the plans were cancelled and they were renovated into their current form.
There are also cafes and other establishments in the area, making it a very quiet area.
[Wa In Fong West]
This Tong lau was renovated with a similar concept to No. 88 Staunton Street and Wing Lee Street.
It didn't seem like anyone was occupied yet.
[Prince's Terrace]
The old-looking stairs and roads have a unique atmosphere, which I really like.
It seems to be a private road, but you can pass through.
There isn't much detailed information available.

[Wing Woo Grocery Shop]
Built in 1880, this is Hong Kong's oldest first-generation Tong Lau and is a designated Grade I historic building.
It operated as a grocery store until 2008.
It features a tiled triangular roof called "gold-shaped double-tube double-tile style."
It is currently undergoing restoration work, but is scheduled to open to the public in 2025, which we are very much looking forward to.
