If you are ever stranded on a desert island, this is what you want to do! Since I have a partial supraspinatus tear I now 'worm' my push up phase to reduce pressure on my shoulder. Can't escape burpees!

Quick question!!! I’ve been really into weight training and I completely quit cardio, for several reasons. One being, I’m skinny and I’m really trying to put on muscle mass, as well as weight. My only problem is I CANNOT seem to get rid of the cellulite on my legs. I focus on my upper body throughout the week and the weekends I usually put my focus on quads/glutes and hammies. Should I train legs more often or maybe incorperate a little bit of cardio or just be patient lol???

Hey Brett, i know you have a video on how to tone your butt, but no matter how much squats/lunges i do, nothing ever changes with my butt and ive noticed my legs have got more bigger/muscular and ive always wanted skinny legs :(. So can you, or anyone else here, give my any tips to tone your butt yet, still prevent legs from getting muscular, but skinny?
Does that mean u ignore the others like the squats,lunges etc and focus on the donkey kicks?? Or u do more of the donkey kicks and keep doing the others??

I've seen people asking about how to do a proper push up, and OMG, pleeeeease do it! I have never, in all of my life, been able to do a push up, not a single one and I do a lot of training, even crossfit, etc. but when it comes to do push ups, I just can't do them, my elbows hurt it feels sooo uncomfortable. I have a love/hate relationship with the elliptical. Definitely recommend using it, but I feel like those calorie counting machines lie to you. The numbers never add up with the way I feel. Thanks Brett. This machine is my arch nemesis, but i use it for the reason that I'm NOT a runner. I feel like it gives me a good sweat and pushes my cardio when I vary the mode like incline and resistance. But if there's other non torturous methods I'd love to hear about it. But your right. .. I'm on there for 45 min and it says i only burned 180 calories, that gets very discouraging. Thanks for the info. Keep up the amazing work. I appreciate it, totes ;)

Try donkey kicks. It works out your glutes without really working your legs. Squeeze your glutes tight when you do the workouts. Hope it helps!!

Switch it up! Do one legged squats and use weights! I recently started using a kettle-bell and I really felt it in my hamstrings
