    Good to finally start seeing coaches who understand the principles of energy system training! I'm getting fed up of seeing 45 minute Anaerobic Capacity AMRAPs! Awesome video

    Thanks for the video coach. One stupid question: if Hyrox is 80% running, why not just train and get better at running? I understand is important to train / practice other aspects (sleds, burpess, etc)
    Nice hook for the video title too. One suggestion I have (not sure if I miss it) is to start the video with the 2 methods and show a sample of a training routine (or add an end screen with links) Then expand on the idea.
    Most users on TH-cam come to search for information (the chapters are helpful) so having this info at the beginning of the video is helpful and most likely will get people to watch the entire video (usually people try to add more content in the beginning of a video I skipped several parts of your video bc I was totally interested in the two methods) just a thought from a content creator who works with several Hyrox Elite athletes. Hope no one is offended here.
