I get this is based on in network loads, in our network only the final DC has floorspace required for anything like this, is the systems base load rated for lift truck traffic? In our case they couldn’t be removed from the trailer at production facilities.
What’s the footprint of the non-lift side(single roller, multiples), does it increase trailer floor fatigue by exceeding floor ratings? Do expansion joints in the warehouse require a gap filler…
Does the system require rails or guides installed in the trailers to keep the system from gouging the trailer walls?

How is a forklift going to pull 15,000 lbs out of the truck?

Whenever the forklift couples to the platform, wheels raise out of it, and it rolls out...

I've pulled way heavier. Yes raise up and they roll.

Can the frame handle a hit from a Hi-Lo? As in a fork banging into, and folding the frame some, won't stop the frame from being fully loaded.

It's great and all but when do you ever have the same exact trailer come from a supplier? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I loaded a beautiful mp. So good it couldn't hold the second shelf. As a loader I refuse to send mp's out without two shelves. Because I know what the load will look like when it returns. Bad. So I flipped a second table on the end and strapped it securely to the mp. Apparently over night a flash supervisor disapproved of it. And had it taken down. This is why I'll never take on the role of loader again. Defeating the whole purpose of this operation is not my style. You'll only get quality work from me. And this decision making is far from quality.
