Hi. Thanks for taking the time in making this comment. It's a common misunderstanding of this question with residuals. The prediction is the straight line. As we want to see how many are being over predicted we are looking for the points below the line. This would mean the six actual values below the line are being over predicted if we use the values from the line. I hope this helps.
