    How to make egg muffins. Great for breakfast, lunch, picnics or when you fancy something tasty!
    Simple and quick to prepare. Very easy to follow video recipe showing you simple step by step instructions throughout. All the ingredients are shown at the beginning but you can alter the recipe to suit your taste or to use up those leftovers.

    That looks great! I love egg muffin frittatas. I've made them in various ways, with broccoli, diced peppers, various meats, etc...
    However, my favorite is just eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, and seasonings. Quick and easy.
    One thing to consider is to use silicone muffin "tins". They don't need any butter, oil, etc. They are naturally non-stick.
    I really like them. The "muffins" pop out easily, and cleanup is a breeze.

    I discovered these by accident a few years ago when I fancied a quiche but couldn't be bothered to make pastry, and now I make them all the time. Top tip; you can make them with sweet ingredients too, so I like blueberry jam and flaked almonds, or crystallised ginger and marmalade, but just fruit and a bit of sugar would work. Delicious, quick, sweet or savoury snack, light lunch or dessert :)

      Moya Henderson Hi Moya. I'm so sorry, I didn't see your response and I don't know why. Genuinely sorry. I actually find they keep in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 to 5 days, but they would freeze well too I guess depending on what ingredients you'd added. Anything with too high a water content, would go mushy and crystalised, but most vegetables and fruits would be fine

    I absolutely Love my son and his family and am planning a lovely Sunday brunch when things have settled with the children going back to school and these egg muffins will be the jewel in the crown of our meal....I've not tried them yet but i know by my experience in the kitchen that these will be very impressive...My family will just love these....and so will my Husband and i...This is exciting.....I've never been on this channel and i love you Naked Chef of the Original type...tee hee hee hee.....I love your fun word "scrummie" and your oooo'z and ahhhhhhhh's.....You are fun...Thank you kindly

    EGGScellent!! I'm going in for surgery 4 days from now and just made 36 of these! I won't be able to stand long when recuperating, so these will be my nutritious go-to meals! Also, as I won't be very active, I'm glad there's no fat (except for the coconut oil lining the muffin tins..and no carbs ). I still have a huge bag of frozen spinach which is thawing..so I'm making more of theses along with a spinach lasagna and some quiches tomorrow! Thank you for a great recipe!

    I tried this, but all I had were frozen peas, filled large muffin tin (6 to a tin) and second time mixed cheese with peas then filled with egg. Delicious and quick and convenient on go wrapped in wrap. Thank you! Genius!

    You can actually put the cheese in the bottom, and it will make a firmer bottom for each egg muffin, and have both crispy and creamy textures in your mouth!

    I've watched several videos attempting this and wanted to tell you I really enjoyed yours. Instructional, simple, leaves room for personalization and I want that tin! (And Norman's - GBBO - easy removal wooden board with the dowels, lol.) I will definitely make these and might add grated Parmesan to the egg mixture to have cheese throughout. Thank you!

    I make these quite often in my mini muffin tins. So cute. Same recipe makes a quick frittata in a cake pan when I'm feeling lazy. Sometimes I just add Parmesan and thin sliced ham or bacon (seasoned eggs of course). Easy peasy. Leftovers keep well in the fridge and are Awesome on toast for a quick sandwich.

    these are wonderful to make on a Sunday and any leftovers can be taken to work or eat before leaving for work. They are wonderful to heat up in the microwave ... perfect to have with coffee or tea. Thank you for sharing =)

    AWESOME! I was afraid that mine wouldn't turn out right because I needed 2 more eggs. It looked like I used the same am't. of fixins that you did, but I must have used less. Regardless, they turned out fantastic at 24 mins. using a silicone muffin pan. Thanks for sharing your video!

    This is a great idea, thanks for sharing the recipe! They make a lovely alternative to an omelette...like mini frittatas without the potatoes. I'm a vegetarian, so instead of the crispy bacon or ham, I use either cooked, thinly sliced, Quorn sausages (the Cumberland & Lincolnshire ones are particularly tasty!), shredded, smoked, sandwich ham style Quorn slices, or shredded roast chicken style Quorn slices, and it tastes delicious! 😃

    I tried this recipe - great taste! I added a little garlic powder and cayenne too which gave it a great kick. However mine deflated about 2 mins after taking out of the oven which was a real disappointment. How can I avoid that going forward? I even kept the temperature at 190'C per your instructions.

    UPDATE: Made them again and again and they never disappoint. Luv them cold, room temp or warm. Any tips on freezing / thawing them? So far, I haven't had any leftovers to try. LOL

      LOL! I had an ex mother-in-law that sounded somewhat like this. I lived with her for years. Every time I think something, it comes out in an accent in thought. They seem to have different dialects like we do in the US. Even though we all speak English, we all have different accents!

    yum yum, some shredded potato would be good in the bottom, and maybe even try either pie crust or thin layer of drop biscuit recipe on the bottom first, then you could have your biscuit with it as well....if it would cook properly, which I believe it would as long as it isn't too thick in the bottom. Excellent recipe...looking absolutely delicious. I like the carrot idea, I'm not sure I would have considered if had not of seen, but I love the idea!!!! Well Done!!

    Great idea. I would think individual custard cups would work well, also? How about adding a little water or milk to the eggs? I like the suggestions of a sauce, too.

    I would add a little flour, milk and baking powder to make it more like a muffin because, although these look very nice, they are basically baked omelettes.

    hi. It will alot faster if you used Pam Cooking Spray or Baker,s Joy on the muffin tin pan intead of the butter!!!

    I just started trying to get into healthy breakfast or snacks to go. Thank you, I like your muffin tray I didn't catch the name. Also just a question if I use yellow onion. Should they be sauteed before tossing em in oven? 🤔🤔🤔
